Hampton Inn & Suites Middleburg - Hotel in Middleburg - 1735 Jeremiah St, USA

We stayed at the property for two nights. It was very clean and staff were nice. We had a king studio suite on the first floor and it was perfect. The room was spacious and well appointed. We loved the high ceilings as well. The layout of the room is very comfortable. There is a large work area in the center that separates the bed from the living area.

I'm active duty military so I've stayed at a lot of hotels during my time in. This is one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at one. Vera was absolutely amazing and she helped my mom and I a lot out and was very patient with her. Would recommend to anyone!

Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Middleburg for work and had a good experience. They upgraded me to a spacious suite with 2 queen beds and a living area with a couch. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Solid choice for a business trip or a short stay.

Comfortable beds. Only two complaints: The hallway is not as climate controlled, so hot in the summer. The hotel has 2 EV chargers, and 1 has been broken for months now.

I travel up to Middleburg often, and I have stayed here in this hotel every time I go up to visit. Well, this last visit was not good. I walked into my room and was smacked in the face with a rotten mold smell. I went down to the font desk and let the lady know, and she was very nice and changed my room. Mind you, it was a suite I booked, and she moved me into another suite. She stated that they are having some problems with the A/C leaking. I just stated, "That happens." The next morning, I got up and ready for the day and looked under the sink, and there was a nasty molded towl. I did go down the hall to the housekeeper and asked her to come and get this. She was very nice and accommodating. I ended up going to Walmart across the street to grab something to clean the shower. Yes, there was mold in the shower. They must have been having problems with the A/C in the halls. It was as if there was no A/C, and I had tripped a few times on the carpet in the hallway as it was pulled up. I will not be staying again. This hotel has gone down very quickly. Also, check out is at 11 am. I should not have received a call telling me this as 9 am.

Stayed at a Hampton for the first time because costs are always ridiculous but regretted it almost immediatly. Hotel had a horrible musky smell like carpets were cleaned but not dried. Our ac unit was leaking causing a bad smell so we called and instead of sending us to another room without issues they sent a maintenance guy who came said its been fixed and the smell would go away. Well neither were true. We left for the day and by the time we came back at night the carpet from the wall all the way to the bed was soaked and the stench was UNBEARABLE. I spoke to the manager Cecile and the was only willing to comp us ONE NIGHT out of our FOUR because we booked with a third party and then kept questioning why we didn’t move but i told her her employees said the problem would be fixed. Not impressed at all. We were better off paying less at cheaper hotels

I’m currently in town for training at Ruby Tuesdays. The staff has made me and my cat, Kalypso, feel very comfortable at home. Egg-celent breakfast! I’ve stayed at many high end hotels in my life, and this is by far a 5-Diamond Hotel experience! Thank you all so very, very much! Bea is the an absolute legend of a concierge! Drew Davidson 101

Noticed someone just a few days ago mentioned the smell on the elevators. The fix must have been to hang car air fresheners, those classy trees of varying scents. No idea what scent it is or maybe it is a combination of what they are disguising but it is NASTY! Took the stairs down 3 flights this AM to avoid it. Being a diamond member and traveling for work, this is a 1st. =(
