New hotel with nice big rooms. Comfortable. Has tesla destination chargers so that's helpful for us. Had a little issue with late check out even though we are gold members and cleaning came in the room thinking we were gone without knocking... saw our things and closed it. Lucky the door was around the corner from me so I didn't see them they didn't see me but we had our tag on the door not only saying we had a dog but to not disturb. Cleaning of the room could be a bit more thorough

I have stayed here several times and it is a convenient location for the work I do. The rooms are clean and the hotel is pretty quiet. Front desk staff are always helpful and present to answer questions. Thanks.

Positive: Clean and Diane was very helpful at front desk Negative: We stayed two nights and they only clean rooms every other day but we asked for a cleaning on Saturday directly and were assured but it did. It happen. Maybe it didn¿t meet the criteria

I stayed here recently due to the EV charging. Unfortunately, it is very clear that they do not maintain their equipment. One of the two J1772 chargers does not work, and apparently hasn't worked for quite some time. While the one Tesla charger does work, the plastic piece that covers the metal pins is missing/broken, which is a major hazard, as someone could be severely shocked if they touch the wrong pins while their car is charging. All issues were brought to the attention of the front desk, and they assured me management would be made aware. I sincerely hope they do address both of these issues. While the hotel was nice, I do need reliable EV charging when traveling. If these issues are fixed, I'd be happy to stay here again in the future. However, should management choose not to fix these issues, I would be forced to stay somewhere else.

We came here for vacation and upon arrival we were greeted with a huge smile thanking us for joining them this week! All of the staff we encountered was amazing very upbeat and you could tell they loved their job! Special shout-out to Kathy in the breakfast area, she was so friendly!!! Aicha at the front desk was so helpful when I asked her questions about the area for food, entertainment etc her smile is infectious!! Shout out to Melissa she was just Awesome! Well the staff was unaware that I actually am Hilton employee til I told them which brand I worked for! I wanted to see just how awesome they were in Rockin the Hilton way!!! We come here every year and will definitely be staying here! Rooms clean, the friendliness staff, great outdoor pool !!! We have had the best time this week!! Kudos to the entire staff at this Hampton Inn you have a guest for life!!❤️

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel . Their is something that tickled my pickle today and that's was , there was a couple with a baby who has been staying at this hotel for a few days while they where dealing with a sick relative somehow the husband lost his wallet and had no funds and they asked could they sit in the lobby till they figured something out . I watched and heard the manager being so rude to this family and made them leave walking with a infant after they spent money staying at this room .. if anyone wants to help this family their cashapp is bossbabydallas23.. all the manager cared about was a float for the parade

Great staff, all areas clean and breakfast was good, rooms nice. Only bad thing if you only 4"10' we had to get something to step up on to get in the bed. Which was not good when getting up during the night to go to the bathroom.

Positive: Quiet setting. Friendly check in. Good breakfast. Negative: The room had a strong odor of bleach upon entering and hard flooring was somewhat sticky. There was sticky stain on the carpet next to bedside table.
