Beautiful hotel. Lobby is appointed in a cozy atmosphere. A hidden gem feel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff are amazing. They were pleasant, courteous and very helpful with getting your room. We came in at 1230am and the staff person buzzed us in and welcomed us with smiles.

Just spent six nights here while we were visiting our daughter who lives in Valley Village, what a pleasant stay we had. ALL the staff were helpful and most importantly, just really nice. Comfortable, clean and quiet room and a good variety breakfast. We will be visiting our daughter again and will make the Sherman Oaks Hampton Inn our home away from home while in LA.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and have always found it to be great in all aspects. It is a treat to arrive and greeted by "Sameh" at the front desk who is always smiling, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are just like home and the lobby of the hotel is a great place to hang out. All of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is always wonderful and they keep the coffee hot and available 24/7 which is a plus. There are two computers for public use in the lobby as well as a little shop area with drinks, munchies and assorted sundries. Highly recommend this great Hampton Inn.

Not sure if this is a industrial or busy area in LA, wasn't sure of the reason of having hotels around since it didn't seem to have much to do. I stayed here because a family member booked the hotel to be near her place for a road trip next day. This is not nearby any LA attraction so not sure what to say in terms of location. Hotel was very beautiful and modern, I felt very safe and the facility were very new. I enjoyed my stay in here, lobby was very chick, rooms were big and modern and the breakfast area had very nice variety of items to choose. If you need to stay near sherman oaks this is a great place to spend the night.

Why on my 16th anniversary, The atmosphere was amazing from the moment that we walked into the building. We were met with smiling and friendly personnel, the room very clean the staff very friendly the whole time we was there the service was amazing, the location was great within walking distance from restaurants and about half a mile off the freeway. The security of their guest was very protective of. You must have a key to get in the elevator from the ground floor and after 10:00 p.m. to get in the front door or be buzzed in. I would highly recommend that if you are in Sherman Oaks area stay here..

Looks great post remodel. Room still needed a little work. The heat/ aircon sounded like a train. Went to shower, there was not water, Took me 20 min to reach anyone, he told me to run the water longer. Finally they sent someone on the roof to fix it. Is pet friendly which is nice for pet owners. Would stay again.

Hotel was very clean and the room was nice and seemed new or at least recently updated. The breakfast in the morning was great. I knocked a star off because I wouldn't say the location is great. Easy to get to but the area seems rough surrounding the hotel. Down the road is fine its just the direct surrounding area I wouldnt walk around in at night.

We stayed here to go to an event close by and it was absolutely amazing. The front desk was absolutely incredible. They were incredibly nice and had THE BEST customer service I’ve EVER seen any company have. They made us feel very safe and welcome. After seeing some of the reviews I was skeptical but I’m glad I took a chance on this place. I felt completely safe here. In order to get in the building you need a keycard and in order to get up to the rooms you also need a keycard. So if you don’t stay there you can’t get in unless you bring your friend which is fine. People say that the area is sketchy, it’s a little sketchy but not dangerous. People tend to walk around a lot not on the hotel property but on the sidewalk and hang around but it’s nothing dangerous. Just don’t hang around outside at night. The hotel had breakfast every morning. It was really good. It was a full hot breakfast with an amazing seating area. I’m not sure if there was a pool or not but overall the hotel was great. The hotel is newly renovated and it very modern. The shower and bathroom was AMAZING and clean. When you go up to each floor there’s cute little sitting areas. Overall the hotel was incredible, if your thinking about staying here I totally recommend it.
