After driving so day and through the night we needed a place to stay at 2:30am- having had a great experience in Phoenix at a Hampton we were happy to find one nearby. Service was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable, thought the welcome on the TV was pretty cool!
Love the breakfast and options it had as well.
Rented rm 316..room smelled like dogs. Went back to desk and the young girl working, who was very very nice and it was her first night alone working, swapped our room to room 318. This room also smelled like dog but not as bad as the first one ao we tried to stomach it but again the stench is so strong I called the desk again and the young lady brought up some kind of Febreze which hardly masked the amell but appreciated her bringing it up. We have been driving for 12 hours and are exhausted and did not feel like more issues. She told us we could call the main office next week to see if we could get a refund. So very disappointed in this Hilton one of the best known, to be so nasty. Will never come back to this one for aure and probably no others either. All we wanted was a peaceful clean night to sleep before another 12 hours of travel only to be miserable and for $150 per not is absolutely unacceptable. Do better people! You wouldn’t stay in rooms like thos, why would you not care about the travelers who support your business? Bad business.
Overall I've never really had a bad experience at any Hampton Inn! The young lady behind the desk at check in was amazing! She was friendly and informative. The good was good as well, I used to stay at the Holiday Inn express but will be staying here from now on. The bed was so comfortable.
Was great the staff. Thought that the meeting/ banquet room for me was at the convention center once they realized it was the meeting room. In the motel, they rapidly had it set up for us to have my dad's Celebration of Life, as we had some elderly with us the oldest was 92 years old.
So, it made it convenient for her not to have to leave the motel.
Nice regular Hampton Inn. Staff was very nice and friendly. Everything was very clean and nest. Breakfast did not have the Hampton regular scrambled eggs and breakfast potatos, only sausage, French toast and waffles plus fruit, yogurt and juices.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were fine. However, after checking out I realized that the receipt showed a balance which we can't have for submitting. Two phone calls to them and no edited receipt showing no balance. Finally took a message to corporate to get this resolved. Hire better people that take care of this.
Great stay, room was nice and clean. King size bed was nice no sag in the middle. The water didn't get very hot in the shower. The breakfast was subpar. We got there at 6am but the hot stuff was not hot. No waffle mix out. The eggs tasted salty. The gravy tasted like watered down flour. The water was good. The coffee that was sitting when we arrived tasted better then the fresh coffee in the morning.
The personnel on the front desk, were very helpful and respectful and I give them a number 10 because I did enjoy They because they were very friendly and supportive., and the personnel for the continental breakfast very friendly and kind
This was a nice hotel. The breakfast was good, (especially the muffins) but the bread for toast was pretty dry.
We were disappointed because the description indicated there was a pool and a spa, but there was no hottub.

Most of the equipment is same as in Lifetime Fitness. I was in town for a day so I Got a day pass for $7. They do have showers and space for a bobtail to park. Cool place, will come back when in town.

Absolutely one of the best Mexican food places I've been to in a LONG time. I was in liberal ks for work for 2 days, and stopped here for dinner and lunch. Both times it was absolutely delicious. They don't water down the salsa like other places do.
Really great choices and freshly cooked food. I get the hamburger gordita and my husband gets the barbacoa burrito. I can get one of each of these for less than $8. Best deal in town and they have a drive up window. They also do door dash.
