We had a nice stay at the Hampton. After skiing at Gore Mt this was a great place to rest before our next day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was perfect, everything you could want.||Staff was kind and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is great! My kids loved the pool very kid friendly! The bar was nice to go after a long day with my husband. Everyone at the hotel (personel) was very courteous and helpful! Pet friendly was awesome, hotel fee is $80.00. I didn't see this fee anywhere when booking but I didn't mind paying it. We will definitely come back soon to this hotel, totally recommend!

What a beautiful customer service this hotel provides. I felt welcomed and appreciated it. Kristina, Michelle at the front desk and Cathy at the kitchen were very kind and polite. The housekeeper (Asian Lady) was also very kind and hardworking. The hotel was very clean, the pool and jacuzzi were a nice plus. Breakfast wasn’t 5 stars, just simply because the steamed the home fries and sausages but we used the benefits of breakfast included in the fee. Rates were affordable. Pet friendly. Thank you all.

I stayed here during a business trip. I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. The hotel is in a gorgeous location, with its own little drive off the main road. Gorgeous scenery. Great locations nearby. The staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable and cozy during this winter, snowy stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stopped here kinda late afternoon. The room was very dated, but they're prepping for a full renovation in February. It will be an excellent location afterward. I did notice some of the rooms have balconies, which is super rare for Hampton properties. The balcony rooms face the mountain view. If your having issues, find Sarae at the front SUPER helpful and totally understands customer service. She went above and beyond to help me find a Hampton Inn post card that I collect in my travels. Its nice to find a Hampton Inn with front desk staff that actually wants to help customers!

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. we had six guests in our our party. The rooms were clean enough just very dated. The staff was friendly, except when we try to ask for help in the swimming pool area. There is a boy that was jumping almost on us over and over again and we asked the front desk to handle it ( because the big sign in the pool area -says no jumping). They did not handle it and the child continued to almost hit us and was out of control screaming .Three separate members of our party went up and complained at different times. No one did anything about it for that reason I’m going to not give the best rating. It was very disappointing.

Good location if you're traveling the area, close to the highway and the Lake George attractions. The rooms are okay, a bit dated. The bar/lobby/breakfast seating area is very nice. But the breakfast itself was disappointing. I know it's a free breakfast, but even for those standards, I was disappointed. No bacon or pork sausage in a 3 day stay. Potatoes were overcooked yet soggy. Minimal selection of baked goods. It might be a Hampton thing because I travel to another in Maine often and their breakfast quality has degraded over the past 5 years. I may take my chances with another hotel if I were returning to the area. But if this is your only option, it's not the end of the world.

Despite being fairly local we decided to stay at a pet friendly hotel because of the storm and high wind warnings. We would never stay anywhere our dog wasnt welcome. Last night was our first time at the L.G. Hampton inn and we were very impressed. The lobby is well decorated and has a gorgeous fireplace. Desk staff was friendly and efficient for a fast check in . We really appreciated the attention and compliments our well behaved elderly bully/mastiff got. Most are leary of her because of her size. :( Well worth a $75 fee to be able to bring her. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for two people and a big dog. Plenty of hot water to take a long relaxing bath. Large window and great view of snow falling and the mountains. The heater was quiet and worked well at keeping the room a cozy temperature. We did find one of the queen beds to be lumpy and uncomfortable but the other one was perfect and we slept well in that one. Complimentary breakfast was nice compared to other places where you get a stale muffin or nothing. The woman working the breakfast buffet was very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to staying again when needed.
