Hampton Inn & Suites Lady Lake/The Villages - Hotel in Lady Lake - 11727 NE 63rd Dr, USA

Stayed here while visiting friends in The Villages. Location is great - 10-15 minute drives from my friend’s house. It seems like this location has been recently renovated. The lobby is bright and smartly decorated. My room (King w/couch) was spacious, tastefully designed, had a super comfortable bed, modern bathroom with a much appropriate glass enclosed shower (no tub) and excellent and very quiet HVAC. Front desk staff were exceptionally professional, most pleasant and very welcoming. Buffet breakfast (included) was very good - I love their oatmeal! Only ‘gripe’ is that there is no bold coffee available. Overall, this Hampton Inn is an excellent value. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting friends in The Villages.

The lady at the front desk was great! There was an issue with our booking because we used a third party but she went above and beyond to make sure we got our rooms. The rooms were clean, breakfast was yummy! I would definitely stay here again!!’

Stayed one night at the HAMPTON INN & SUITES THE VILLAGES on a weekend trip with a dear friend. Clean, comfortable, near great shopping and good restaurants. Annie check us in and Kay checked us out. Both very sweet and helpful ladies. Such a pleasure! very good breakfast included. What a wonderful stay. Having experience many Hampton Inns throughout the years this has got to be one of my favorites. I also was assisted on the phone by Carmen. left my PJ behind and she was very helpful in trying to find it. Very good customer service.

Jaimie in the kitchen was amazing. He was so pleasant and fast at responding to our needs! Everything was clean and spotless! He make sure everything was perfect for us guests! The tables were all clean! I have never stayed in a hotel where this was the case and we really appreciate the variety and quality of the food as well. The waffles were amazing!!!!! Thank you😬❤️

I stayed here with my family and our room had bedbugs. When I went to the front desk at 2 am to get our room changed, the employee wanted to move us right next door, which is not what you're supposed to do when a room has bedbugs. She also downplayed bedbugs as a problem. The next morning a new employee also downplayed bedbugs as a problem. No one apologized. When I called back about a refund they said their exterminators found no signs of bedbugs, so they wouldn't offer one. I have photos of the bedbugs in the room and of the numerous bites each of us received. To say they didn't find any bedbugs when I have evidence of them is insulting. This hotel mishandled this situation at every turn.

This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be more pleased. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. You can’t beat the location. It’s been newly renovated.Carmen at the front is amazing. Breakfast is unbelievable, very consistent and great variety. We stay here for 3-4 nights each trip and I’ve never heard noise.

Perfect location to be in the middle of it all, nice quiet spotless hotel. Great staff super helpful, breakfast nice with a nice attendant. Definitely used it again when we come|Back. There is a pool, didn’t use it we had a cold snap here😢. Thanks for the nice stay.

Very nice hotel. Our king room was well appointed and the free breakfast was as expected. Did not get to use the pool. Appears to be recently renovated. One drawback was the shower that leaked onto the floor...caulk was missing from the door track frame on the shower base.
