The room was exceptional , as nice as any Hilton we have stayed in. Beds were comfy, plenty of outlets. TV was good. We enjoyed the heated saltwater pool. We had good breakfast with hot meat and eggs. We had a room on the first floor and would stay here again.

I've been making an annual business trip to Keene for over 30 years and stayed at Hampton for the first time last week. The entire experience was top notch. Breakfast items changed up each day. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. I actually did several client meetings in the expansive well lit breakfast area during non breakfast hours. I will certainly be staying here again next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Our reservation at a different hotel downtown was mixed up and we had to find a place on short notice. The counter staff worked carefully to meet our needs--two rooms across from each other.

Very clean hotel. Our room was clean and I really like the walk in shower. Having the extra area with a sink by the fridge was nice too. Breakfast was good, I appreciated there was almond milk in addition to regular milk available. The fresh cut fruit was a nice addition. The staff was very friendly as well.

My reservation was made a month ago. I even called this hotel immediately to make sure you received it & the answer was yes we have, nothing to worry about Ms McFadden. I just had a 9 hour commute due to horrible weather & accidents. To make my trip even worse, upon arrival there was no reservation. Your front desk agent had a smart mouth. How dare he ask me for my military ID when it clearly states on my license veteran. This was my 2nd time here & now it will be my last. I have been a GM & you are always supposed to honor the rate given that I clearly showed your front desk on my confirmation. My reservation company made many attempts to contact an always unavailable GM. The GM never once tried to make this right. I had my confirmation email in hand & your front desk along with this GM I have no more time for. I had an awesome stay here last time & I will be frequently coming to this area on business. This hotel will never get my business again. Thank you so much for not honoring my rate given & even after you screwed up my reservation you still didn't even honor my military rate. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to book here. I will find another Hilton that has some sense because yous have absolutely none.

This is probably one of my favorite Hampton Inn hotels. I was greeted by Michael at the front desk, who checked me in and welcomed me to Keene. The lobby is clean with fresh coffee awaiting your arrival. We had booked a king suite which was spotless upon arrival and well stocked. Within an hour, I received a text from Michael asking me if everything was acceptable in the room. I received a text from him every day asking me if things were OK. Nice touch. The breakfast choices were great, and the food was hot. The staff was interactive in a positive fashion. There was fresh, cut up fruit, yogurt, pastries, three or four hot choices, and plenty of great coffee. Of course you could make your own waffles if you wanted to. This is certainly an example of a great Hilton Hampton Inn. We had just come out of one in Nashua, New Hampshire that was horrible. |We have stayed in Keene on several occasions and have found it consistently above average. Kudos to the staff in Keene, New Hampshire. We’ll be back soon.

We stayed here while helping family move to the area. Get your GPS working, because finding it is tricky!|Once you are there, it was worth the search. Friendly employees, comfortable sleeping and many amenities.|It has it all. A really great night of sleep and when we come back to this area, no doubt where we are staying!
