Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville/Orange Park - Hotel in Orange Park - 141 Park Ave, USA

We stayed at this location for one night and we had an amazing experience. They are pet-friendly. We enjoyed their complementary breakfast. Every staff member we came across was very friendly. One gentleman went out of his way to assist me with the elevator since my hands were full.

The hubs and I had a good stay. The rooms are spacious with a mini fridge for cold snacks. The desk is also well sized with a comfortable chair. The lobby is nice but the elevators could use an upgrade. The carpet, although pleasant, holds odors and is stained. At one point the elevator was down but I'm shocked a sign wasn't put up to say so. This property is quite quiet, so we would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, control your own room temperature, mini fridge, daily room service. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. There is construction going on on Park Ave but there are enough alternative routes you can take to get to places nearby for eating and entertainment so that is a non factor.

My boyfriend and myself stayed in this hotel for a few days and the rooms are mediocre at best but we did enjoy our mini vacation in Jacksonville. The atmosphere was a bit hectic in the breakfast area .. the food ran out we had to wait for eggs and juice machine was out . No tables to sit at and we had to wait for a space to become available. Spanish girl who helped us with the juice machine was great she was friendly and seemed to be the only one working in the restaurant. Next time we visit in December I hope the hotel gives us a better experience.

Yikes. Check-in day young lady was phenomenal, got to the room to find a noisey AC, a broken toilet seat and handle, and then MOLD in the shower. Great call front desk switched rooms (grateful). Day 2 11pm fire alarm (call front desk no problems, just a glitch). Cool back to sleep. 2am fire alarm again, 238am does it again, 404am and again 438am. Needless to say the sleep was minimal. They need better pillows. Very disappointed in this experience, the only reasons there was a day 2 was because of the people. Will update this if they decide to call us back as requested.

Not the worst Hilton property we've stayed at, but it could have been better. Checkin was efficient and the staff we interacted with were all pleasant, but when we got to our room we had issues. The TV and Fridge were not working, and the door handle on the interior side of the bathroom door was missing. We did not realize this, and our son was locked in the bathroom. Thankfully we were in the room to let him out! We called the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance and he confirmed that not only was the handle missing, but the door was off track and essentially could lock you in. We were moved to another room.||Overall the room was "clean", but there was a musty old locker room smell in both rooms we were in. There was some mold above the shower in the bathroom. Housekeeping came every day and did a nice job. ||We used to stay at Hilton Garden Inn's, but since they no longer provide a decent breakfast, I chose Hampton as I knew a breakfast would be included. It is a basic breakfast and the make your own waffles are a nice touch. That said, there is really very little fresh fruit (some old apples in saran wrap), and no adult cereals, no oatmeal, etc... It all feels a little sad. ||Another reason we chose this property was the location, it suited us for the business we had in Jacksonville, but you should be aware that the property is in an inconvenient spot with no direct access from 295 north or south unless you make a u-turn on a very very busy road. We often had to wait multiple light cycles to make a u-turn, so plan to add 4-12 minutes to your travel time when trying to get to the hotel. ||My stays at Hilton properties over the past couple of years have me questioning my loyalty to Hilton. As a Diamond member we stay quite a bit, but I think I could be paying less at say a Holiday Inn, for about the same quality, who knows, maybe better. ||Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positives and we would not likely stay here again.

I had a wonderful day at the Hampton inn Jacksonville with my wife over the weekend. The experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a fantastic day and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Not a Happy Customer! I needed to checkout a day Early and instead of helping me to make it an easy process the lady at the desk gave me a hard time and made me pay $120 which Hilton is refusing to refund me. As a Hilton Honors Customer this is Not Okay! Do not stay there!
