Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson-Ridgeland - Hotel in Ridgeland - 600 Steed Rd, USA

The service was lovely. People were kind, rooms were clean and well kept. The bathrooms were clean and tidy with plenty of supplies but the water pressure in the shower was very low and the towels were not that soft but overall, I will stay again. Also the breakfast was cute, weird eggs. But I really liked everything else!!

Stopped here with my family on our way to Florida. The hotel was immaculate, our room was very nice, update and clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again on my way through town!

We had such a pleasant experience here. The ladies at the front desk were kind, helpful and very welcoming. We especially appreciated Lashundra Smith. She was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our room was spotless and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This area is great, especially if you are bringing a dog. There’s a pond with a walking track right next door. Also, Newks, one of my favorite eateries, is within walking distance.

Second time staying here. The hotel is clean and neat, the bed in the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I used digital check in and digital key so I didn’t interact with the staff much, but the one time I did she was very courteous and helpful. It’s also in a convenient location - close to the interstate but not too close where road noise is an issue. Overall good experience

As a lover of Hampton Inns, it pains me to leave a 1-star review for this hotel, but the people deserve to know. I came here for a work trip with 4 other coworkers and we each had different problems in our rooms: no AC, toilet wouldn't flush, shower floor was dirty, and the worst of all: BED BUGS. Also, the elevator didn't work for any part of our 3-day stay. There are so many other nice hotels in this area, I would recommend staying at any of those before I come back to this one. Sorry Hampton, but you've taught me to expect better from your chain, and this one was sorely disappointing.

This hotel is in a very nice location and was very clean. I'm super picky about hotels, and this one was great. We were even able to upgrade our room to a king suite with zero hassle just a few hours before check in. My family was very impressed with the huge breakfast selection. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location and nice rooms. Service is okay. Assistant general manager Preston was kind and helpful. I checked in on Monday and my room was not quite as clean as I'd like. Some sticky stuff on the tables, dirt and stuff on the bathroom floor which clearly was not mopped, food and small trash in the carpet. Bed and shower appeared clean, so I just kindly asked for it to be cleaned the next day detailing my observations. Next day not cleaned. I asked kindly again. Next day the bed was made and trash emptied, but nothing else. Dirt still on floor, sticky stuff still on tables. Preston offered to get me some Hilton points as a comp. Not what I expect from Hampton...the other thing I'm very disappointed in is the lack of severe weather plans. We had a tornado come very close this week and there is no plan in place. Not even a Floorplan in my room, by the stairs, or elevator. All of that's disappointing.

Great hotel and accommodations.I've stayed at the location twice and each visit was exceptional.The hotel is close to an outdoor mall outlet and easily accessible to interstates.The breakfast is standard but the customer service is exceptional from the time you check in to the last date of your reservation. Front desk,housekeeping and kitchen staff are always pleasant. I've stayed at quite a few hotels as a Diamond member and the service here exceeds plenty of locations I've visited. Its also quiet which is perfect for business travel.The pond and walking trail behind the hotel is an added bonus.The gym is standard but had plenty of free weights for strength training during my stay. Highly recommended for visitors in the area.
