Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Brownsburg - Hotel in Brownsburg - 41 Maplehurst Dr, USA

This hotel is not only still under construction, but the amenities that are advertised were NOT available. The rooms had unfinished areas with exposed plumbing. The bathroom in our room was disgusting as the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned especially noted when lifting the worn toilet seat. The QR code provided inside the room outlined the amenities that were available at the hotel. This had no information regarding the unavailable amenities. The fitness room was filled with construction materials- no machines, weights, or ability to be used. The on-site laundry facilities were out of order. The pool was unavailable for use during our entire stay- 3 nights- we were told there was a filter problem but there was no attempt to rectify anything over the weekend that we were here. Housekeeping staff did not tend our room one of the days- not a big deal but there were very few staff working during our stay. The young attendant at the front desk (no name tag) tried to assist us the best that he could but had no control over when work orders would be completed or when the pool would actually be opened. We were part of a mandatory room block as we were attending a basketball tournament and had to pay a set price for the rooms. I sat in the common lobby area and heard multiple other people check in during our stay that were quoted prices 30+ dollars less than us. This was beyond frustrating as we have a long history of staying in Hampton inns/Hilton properties and it had always been great. Clearly this facility was understaffed and the amount of construction that still needed to be completed should have deemed it temporarily closed and the cleaning services should be improved. I have tried reaching out to Hilton Corporate headquarters. After speaking with three different people, I have been left to wait for an email to rectify the situation. There has been no further communication attempted with me and I am thoroughly disappointed. I even attempted to reach the manager after we checked out, and was unable to be connected. We had to leave at 5am the morning of checkout for our flight. Don’t stay here. It’s expensive, understaffed, and still in the process of massive construction issues.

The pool was unavailable for use during our entire stay- 2 nights- we were told there was a filter problem/ employee forgot to fill it, but there was no attempt to rectify anything over the weekend that we were here. Housekeeping staff did not tend our room one of the days- not a big deal but there were very few staff working during our stay. The young attendant at the front desk (no name tag) tried to assist us, but did he had been working too much to think of anything. We were completely dismissed by manager Gabriela Katekaro was completely horrible, zero empathy. This property needs serious restraining.

Gabriela is not a good manager. She was not empathetic. This hotel is still being advertised as having a pool on numerous sites. Buyer beware that there is not a pool or a fitness center at this location. The ladies assisting with breakfast were quite hospitable and the only asset for this establishment. Gabriela and Benjamin were not. I also complained about the sluggish toilets and Benjamin explained that this is common to the area. My family and I actually booked a block of rooms with the understanding that a pool was available. We were traveling on vacation with children and this was important to us. Upon arrival we discovered there was not a pool nor a fitness center. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE. House Keeping does not clean rooms properly. On my second day of my stay I used the last towel in my room and a METH pipe fell out of the towel on the floor at my feet. I could have easily stepped on the glass. This is a very shady Hampton Inn with not a lot of supervision over the house keepers

The hotel has been remodeled and clean. I slept like a baby. The breakfast bar was nice. The food was hot, and the juice was not watered down. The front desk staff was awesome.

AS always Hampton is a good place to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.Omlets one morning and biscuits and gravy the next, along with other selections. Just make sure your room faces the parking lot and not the highway, a lot of noise coming from the highway.

We've stayed at this location a few times, we usually come out for an event every year. If I had known the pool and fitness room were under renovation I would've booked a different hotel in the area. We usually have an enjoyable trip, this year was terrible. There were guests staying there that kept us up all night, racing on the road in front of the hotel, drinking and fighting. The first two nights we dealt with it, the third night we weren't staying. I checked out at 4 pm and drove 12 hours back to new York. I'm very disappointed that this was allowed to go on, and it's not like the place is cheap. I payed $800 for 1 room, no pool or gym and was kept up all night, not a great deal.

Positive: I paid for the room and showed up, but the hotel said they were full and didnt have any rooms. So at 11:30 at night I had to go find another hotel. Its been four days and my money still has not been refunded. You can probably understand why Im unhappy Negative: "" Negative: ""
