Hampton Inn & Suites Hopkinsville - Hotel in Hopkinsville - 210 Richard Mills Dr, USA

While on work travel for 10 days, I stayed at this hotel. It is 20 minutes from Fort Campbell and Clarksville. This hotel staff is remarkable! They were friendly and accommodating. When I first arrived, I noticed the toilet seat was discolored, and the night staff changed it immediately. Yes, it should have been changed before my arrival, but things happen. I appreciate that they got it corrected. The breakfast is free, although it could be a little better. But it's a hotel breakfast, so don't expect a 4 or 5 star chef. Overall, this hotel is clean, with new upgrades, comfortable beds, and exceptional staff. I was always great with a smile from all the staff and Mrs. Heather made me feel welcome each time and always told me to have a good day as I left for work! I wanted to move hotels to be closer to work, but because I felt safe and welcomed, I didn't change it. Comfort is a must for me and I'm happy with my experience at this hotel.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable and seemed clean. My only complaint is that the tub has hairs left when I went to shower which grossed me out a bit because when cleaning those can easily be rinsed down. I guess I understand maybe one hair but multiple of different lengths was strange to find in my opinion.

Very clean hotel. Recently remodeled and refreshed smells like new. Staff is friendly and common areas are immaculately clean. ||Breakfast is typical for Hampton inn but the breakfast area is immaculate. Only complaint I have is the eggs and the potatoes were covered in bell peppers. Not appetizing to all - either lazy morning and they only made the eggs with peppers or they ran out. Typically they mix it up with peppers and without…||Also, no hot water for Tea is available- I asked…||You won’t find a better deal only a few miles from Ft Campbell. ||Starbucks and Chick Fill’a across the street (literally) and a 4star Mexican restaurant (Bracero) only a few steps from the front door.

I've stayed here a few times in the last month. The bottom floor seems to allow pets. The rooms are clean I don't like the bathrooms if your sharing a room with some one they offer no privacy there sliding doors hung from the top they don't seal the bathroom door its not lockable doesn't feel safe. The elevator is on the verge of completely being non functional it hits the bottom floor hard gets stuck an is a bit worrisome an it's been this way for a few months you think they would fix it. The breakfast is better then most motels good selection.

Rooms are clean and well kept. Slightly dated but still not bad. Building was being worked on for updates as we stayed for the night. Good location in line with convention hall

Nice rooms. Very clean. The staff is amazing. Super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The staff was amazing, The manager was so sweet to my twin, she even gave them some books to read and some goodies to munch on, even then the night shift manager he was awesome as well. It’s was very nice and clean. Hot breakfast was delicious. The elevator is scary though. They was having some maintenance issues.
