Great Hotel with an amazing staff. First time in the area. Felt very welcomed by the front desk agents and the housekeepers that I came in contact with during my stay. The room was big, very clean and good sound proofing. The business center was very useful, convenient with its 24 hour availability, and complementary printing was a nice bonus. Finally, an abundant amount of comp parking was huge. We will be back.

I’ve stayed here before so I knew it was already a good hotel to stay. Definitely one of the better ones near downtown Hartford. I stayed in a King Bed for 2 nights and never had an issue . Desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. I usually bring my own soaps and bath necessities but hand soap and various hair products were provided in the shower. For it being the weekend and pretty full , the noise level outside my room remained quiet through the evening which was nice . Definitely staying here again if I’m in town. Worth the price .

I never write reviews and was so compelled to write one because this hotel BEYOND exceeded expectations. The room was way bigger and nicer than expected for the price. We had a sitting area and desk. When we came in at 1am they had snacks and complimentary water out for us, they have a legitimately sized pool too. The breakfast was good and they even had breakfast to go bags for people late to work or something, never seen a hotel so that it was super convenient. We even thought of it so last minute, but we called for a late checkout at 10:30 when checkout time was 11am, and they pushed it back no problem. Nothing bad to say here. Would definitely stay again.

Good spacious room for myself. The biggest complaints are 1. The television in my room did not work until I unplugged the power from the cable box behind the TV and then plugged it back in to get the box to reset and finally work. Then 2. The hotel is near a lot but there are very few short direct routes to many food options. Besides this the stay was pleasant. It was a busy hotel but everything appeared to be available and working as advertised.

So the area isn't well lighten out side so don't venture by your self... there were a biker group or gang staying at the hotel who were loud and people just smoking Marijuana right outside the doors of the entrance. People in other rooms playing loud music this just seems like a rowdy motel not hotel. Other then that the staff was very pleasant and we had a nice room. I kinda felt bad for the employees.

Positive: This hotel we have stayed at before it is usually very nice and quiet and the staff are very accommodating. Negative: Although my husband did not want to alert the staff there was a smell emitting from the toilet that smelled like sewage even when nobody went. We have never stayed on the first floor that is something to be aware of for the next time maybe it was a fluke.

The hotel was clean, and everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water! The front desk, staff, a lady that I did not get her name, was incredibly welcoming, and I think the reason I did not get her name was it was the first Hilton we’ve ever stayed at in the last 25 years where are my daughter service dog - Got a welcome bag! She was so excited! It made the entire night. Stay totally worth it. We will definitely stay there again. It is not near any sort of fast food, chain or anything like that, but it is near a beautiful Riverwalk, and the convention center as well as the museum. East Hartford has really turned out to be a lovely area! We will definitely stay here again.

These people were awesome! As a travelling gimp (paraplegic full time wheelchair user post 30 years)||this place is set up for us! Perfect mattress height! Marriott, (all brands) take your lesson from this competitor! Perfect thermostat height, the closet is ideal and so was the bathroom! One fix you guys could make is to bring the grab bar all the way back to the shower chair!
