Hampton Inn & Suites Grants Pass - Hotel in Grants Pass - 110 NE Morgan Ln, USA

Rooms were nice, comfortable & clean. The first night we were next to a loud family with multiple children. Diane at the front desk coordinated with Julie (I may have the name wrong. Cleaning manager) & together they moved us to a room with quieter neighbors. I appreciated the kindness of all the employees myself & family interacted with. I will definitely book again when visiting my family that lives in the area.

communication in between staff could improve, my late checkout was interrupted by a normal cleaning time. not a big issue obv. but worth noting. room looked clean. although beds are really noisy. i wish breakfast could run another hour but that's just me. overall great place tho.

Nice room, fixtures made sense in bath, like faucet that goes far enough out in to the sink that water stays off back of sink, yet enough room to easily wash and rinse hands. In N Out burger in parking lot, gas station next door and across street. Good spot.

The staff was great. Very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. I looked for the fitness room and didn't see it, but I enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. According to the manager, they keep it at 86 degrees, which felt perfect to me. The location is right by I-5.

Staff all very friendly, great list of recommendations for area restaurants. Wonderful management and cleaning staff. Very welcoming and accommodating with needs. Had an issue with reserved days and was fixed with no hassle or fault of staff. Plan to visit again.

This was the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was updated with a nice shower and amenities. Our room was very clean. The GM has set the standard with a fabulous and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonder stay. We will be back the next time we are in Grant's Pass.

I visit GP often and will not be staying anywhere else! Clean, comfortable rooms with all ammentities and great customer service. Shout out to the manager who assisted me in getting a refund for a booking error that I made. Absolutely feel treated well and appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Fantastic front desk...that means you Diana ( and her co worker too, but Diana is a star!)! Very patient and professional effort for a early check in. Hotel looks fairly new..certainly very modern, clean, in good shape. Breakfast was standard Hampton, but well supplied. Lemon waffle batter? That is unique! The ONLY negative...the pillows in 426 were flat as pancakes...essentially non-existent. Really bad.
