We stayed this past weekend for a soccer tournament. We had to book through "Traveling Teams" but they booked us at a higher rate than I could get on my own, but we were staying with my daughter's team so I just dealt with it.||When we checked in they were very confused and gave a room with a king sized bed. I went back to show them we were booked for 2 queen sized beds and they quickly got a new room for us. We went up to the room to take a break and about 2.5 hours later another family walked into our room. Fortunately we were not changing at this point. We all went downstairs to figure this out and they were very sorry and the other family was moved to another room.||Great!!! All set now. My wife and I step out for dinner and our daughter goes for a swim with her team. Once she gets done her key no longer worked. So we change our dinner and make it to go and hurry back to get this figured out and hear plenty of excuses. After a short time they have it all figured out and we can now access our room again.||The next day went fine, they clearly tried to avoid me as we came and went. Now 3 days later I check my charge card and they have charged us double and maybe plus some, but I can't say for sure.||So anyway, we are (maybe were at this point) loyal to Hampton but we are certainly extremely disappointed with this one. Re-think your stay here.

If I could give this review a ZERO, I definitely would! We checked in around 3:25pm. We had twenty minutes to change into more formal wear for a family wedding. When we opened the door to our room 205, the bed was unmade and items were on the nightstand. Housekeeping didn’t touch this room from the previous guests. We alerted the hotel clerk named Alex. Instead of being apologetic, Alex was rude and defensive. We used the main hotel bathroom to quickly change into our wedding guest attire, and took off to the event. Upon returning at 10:45pm, the room was still not touched by housekeeping! We approached the desk and Alex said “what do you want?” We requested that our room be cleaned or give us a different room. She said the room couldn’t be cleaned and no other rooms were available. At this point we are extremely upset. Alex didn’t like our tone and asked us to leave the hotel property. We requested our money back and Alex said she couldn’t do that, only the manager could do it. We sat in the lobby for twenty minutes for the manager named Connor to arrive. Manager Connor told us that we can’t be rude to the hotel clerk. We asked for our money back and Manager Connor refused to return it and told us to leave the hotel. Unbelievable!! NEVER stay here!

Not a great hotel option if you have little kids, and the general manager Conner Underwood isn't helpful if you run into any problems. For starters, our room had an orange stickiness on the floor when we checked in and the air conditioner didn't work. We checked in around 7:30 pm and needed to get the kids to bed and weren't able to flag to staff. The next day our 3-year-old spilled a small container of some instant mac and cheese powder and noodles on the floor as we were headed out. Underwood charged us a $250 cleaning fee. When we asked why, they sent us photos of wet towels on the bathroom tile (pretty normal), some magnesium Calm powder on the sink (nothing too bad), and then the mac and cheese. They never disclosed the fee but charged us, and then never responded to requests for language stating their policy. Conner refused to call back and discuss the charge. Would caution any parents of toddlers against staying here.

The room was aesthetically pleasing. Layout was fine. Room was hot as the air goes off at night when it thinks there is no movement. Consequently I woke up sweating. Pool opens too late for a morning swim and closes too early for a late night hot tub soak. Breakfast was basic. Coffee is bitter and acidic. For over $230 per night, I expect better quality of both. If you can, I'd recommend staying just down the road at the Holiday Inn Express for $100 less per night. The one back door does not work so you can't get in with your key card even though you should be able to.

First I'd like to state I have no problem with Hampton Inn. We have actually stayed at this hotel a year earlier with no issues. The issue was this year with their new manager, Mr. Underwood. 8 days before our trip to the area I called the hotel to make a reservation. I specified that I needed an early check-in (specifically at noon) and that we would have a dog with us. They said that was fine and that I would receive an e-mail confirmation. However, by the next day, still no e-mail confirmation. I then called 3, 4, 7, and 8 days after to try to talk to someone and confirm the reservation. On the 3, 4, and 7 days I'd be put on hold with no one picking up or no one would pick up the phone to begin with. I was relived that on the morning of the stay (8th day) someone finally picked up. I said I was staying there and wanted to confirm my reservation since I received no e-mail. Once I stated my name they confirmed I had an early noon check-in and a dog. I thought things were set. We arrived at the hotel at just after noon and told them I had a reservation. They THEN said they are not allowing early check-ins and could not check me in early. So I asked for the manager. The manager, Conner, came out and we went back and forth about how I confirmed this with them on the phone and they denied it, or that I even called them that morning. I even had their number on my phone to prove it! Having enough of this failed promise and denial I said to cancel my reservation and that I should not be charged. Mr. Underwood said I would be charged if I cancelled. We then again went back and forth on how I should not be charged for their failed reservation. Then, seemingly to spite me, with a smile on his face, Conner hit a button on the computer and said, "There. I cancelled your reservation and you ARE going to be charged for it." Of course now I had no place to stay and had to pay for it because of their failed ability to keep the correct reservation. I was mad, and yes, after that I called him an a&&hole. Knowing the situation would not improve I left and had to make reservations elsewhere. A few days later I called the corporate Hampton Inn number, told them what happened, and they refunded my charge. That's exactly what should have happened at the hotel without any need to call the corporate number. I appreciated Hampton Inn corporate's customer service, but not Mr. Underwood's, the manager of that hotel. Do NOT stay here until they get a better manager!

Travelling with my dog and the hotel is very clean and quiet. Felt very safe walking my dog. We were only here one night but everything is how it should be at a hotel. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second night. I returned to find nothing was done. I’m staying with my special needs daughter so she needs a bath everyday, I don’t mind reusing the towels but by the second day them need to laundered. I called down to the front desk when I returned and was told that there no extra towels or linens left by housekeeping. When I inquired why, I was told that they were overbooked, too busy, too many requests for extra linens plus I was told they were understaffed and several other excuses. So I gave my daughter a bath with dirty towels. I asked on Sunday 6/23 after breakfast that my room be cleaned. I returned around 7:30 pm to nothing be done. I brought my dirty towels to the front desk. I was given 3 bath floor mats because there were no actual bath towels. I called Hilton Corporate Customer Service and filed a formal complaint. I actually when to Meijers and bought towels. I had just bought a vacuum cleaner earlier in the day for my new home, so I used it to clean the floor. I took the trash out and heaved it over the top of the enclosure of the dumpster. Never stay here

Clean facility, great location, friendly staff. However, don't tell us that the room will be cleaned after the 2nd night of a 3 night stay unless it's actually going to be done.

They have good smoked meats. I'm a whiskey drinker, but their moonshine is very good. The mixed drinks are refreshing, and you can try a pic 3 taster of the moonshine. I like the bourbon, wheat, rye, and apple pie moonshine. The Cuban, for me, is a t

Nice variety of baked goods. Holiday cookies now, many standard items. Variety of doughnuts, also was great to have fresh plain doughnuts! Some prepackaged items are also good. Would go back and recommend if you want dessert.
