Hampton Inn & Suites Gilroy - Hotel in Gilroy - 5975 Travel Park Cir, USA

Fantastic hotel at the edge of town. It's an very new building and feels extremely clean. Comfy beds, excellent service. We missed breakfast my a few minutes but the manager helped us get our morning cup of coffee in. The gal that worked the night shift was also very friendly and helpful. Used the laundry during my stay and the machine is industrial grade. Views of the mountains and surrounding areas are nice too. Highly recommend this spot if you need a hotel to stay in town

Very hospitable and clean. Great recommendations for eateries in town.|Offered free water and upgrades. Professional and courteous staff both days. Recommendation for dinner at Old City Hall Restaurant was a hit! We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, pancakes, hash browns, toast eggs, coffee, and juices. Lots to choose from.

The stay started off for the most part normal. Weird thing is they have the doors lock and you have to be buzzed in. The room was nice and so was the breakfast. The problem started post check out. We were halfway home to Fresno, and I remembered I left my wedding rings in the restroom vanity. It hasn't been more then 2 hours since we had check out. I called the front desk so they could go up there and get them for us and we could drive back to Gilroy to pick them up. The young lady says the room hasn't been clean and they will go up there to check. She calls me back less then 10 mins that there are not there. I know I left them there. I check all my belongings and they weren't there. I then spoke to another gentlemen who says no one has gone in to that room since they won't be clean till the next day. I tell him well the rings didn't just walk up and leave. So either you haven't check or one of your employees pocket them. He said he would give me a call back if they found anything. No call received. My husband then calls later that afternoon and the lady at the front says the room will be clean that day and they will give him a call back. No call received. Just be careful when staying here. Don't forget your valuables like we did/ even though it's an expensive hotel the staff have sticky fingers. Or if your staying multiple nights don't leave anything valuable if there coming in to clean your room. Very disappointed in this hotel and its management.

This Hampton Inn was convenient to the highway and clean. I rated the room a 4 out of 5 because they are a bit dated. The service was not bad, but they had some weird front door policies where they remained locked at all times. This was a bit odd, but the staff was super friendly. Overall, I recommend this hotel, and I would happily return.

Our room was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers hot with good water pressure. Continental breakfast was decent with hot food, cereal and yogurt. I appreciated the security measures around the hotel. There were security cameras, a requirement for your room key to enter the main sliding doors after dark and I appreciated how well-lit the parking lot and immediate area around the hotel was.

Stayed here for our cousin's wedding. Need a room key to enter and when entering the lobby the hotel smelt freshly cleaned. Room was very clean and the hotel floors were quiet overall. Hotel staff let the family gather in the lobby to visit with eachother instead of disturbing other guests on the room floors, room hopping. We had a great time!

Checked in around 4pm on April 20th, 2024 with my daughter. I was immediately greeted by two friendly female staff. They were extremely helpful and informative. I mentioned wanting pizza for the night and they Immediately started searching for what was in the area. Very friendly and they recommended a great place. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great complimentary breakfast in the morning. It’s been the best one I’ve had after the pandemic. Bottom line is this is a great hotel with a GREAT, FRIENDLY staff and great rooms. Stay here if you can. P.s. the bowl full of chocolate kisses at reception is a nice touch 👍

Class A and B parking across street at truck stop. Quick and friendly check in. Secured building, must have card key to enter main entrance or staff to buzz you in. Business center and laundry. Room was clean and comfortable. Has outside pool, exercise room. Located right off of Hwy 101. Several fast food places in walking distance. Has breakfast.
