Our team had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location, very clean and quiet. The rooms are nice size and extremely comfortable. One of the best things about our stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, especially Patrica and Jennifer! Our team will definitely be back!

Was not expecting what I received. The room was super clean and smell wonderfully - uncommon these days. |All public areas were clean as well, including the Breakfast area. The attendant was consistently picking up and cleaning. |Staff was approachable and amigable - also something rare.|As a professional in the hospitality industry, I have to say that I was beyond please and satisfied with the service I received during my stay of 4 nights. ||Keep up the good work guys! You all rock!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a business trip. The location is absolutely perfect. You are close to everything, including Hard Rock Stadium. The hotel was clean, modern and very well maintained. My room was perfect and super clean. The free breakfast in the mornings is a huge plus, they have something for everyone. The best part of my stay was the staff. They were super friendly and attentive. I will be in the area at least once a month and this will definitely be my hotel of choice when in town. There are also tons of restaurants in the area, so this definitely adds value to the location.

So I booked this place for one night in order to see Argentina play in Copa America. Nice location and they even offered a shuttle to and from the Hard Rock Stadium. Unfortunately, when I came back from the amazing match, I was surprised by a literal gecko being in my hotel room. I let the front desk guy know and he swiftly called the housekeeper (Miguel) who gently was able to grab the gecko and release him safely outside. Amazing service from both employees However, I would not recommend getting a room in the first floor as that is where my room was during my stay. If you can look past this incident, honestly, it’s an okay hotel. Staff are amazing. FYI, the front desk man who helped was a dude with a nice Afro and glasses, I wasn’t able to ask for his name.

Customer service is terrible! They charged us for 2 extra nights and the General Manager Deborah Cote Hung up on me said my dispute basically wasn’t worth her time, they just simply “forgot” to check my husband out, she doesn’t care write your review. He handed the night clerk the key personally! You weren’t here your husband was. Let him call me. My husband Stays at hotels for work & I come and stay with him very frequently! Just because the reservation is in his name doesn’t give her the right to hang up on me & treat her Diamond members that way.

Greeted by Ryan as soon as we entered the lobby. He was very enthusiastic and professional. The check-in was done efficiently and quickly. He acknowledged our Diamond status and provided our welcome package with a smile. We were there over the weekend, and everything was great. Ryan was there as well and never was without a smile and pleasant demeanor. The property was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this property without hesitation and will definitely stay there again when I return next year.

Clean,fresh, and new. Front desk folks were polite and friendly and keep ice cold beer in the snack bar. Beautiful landscaping, pool area and courtyard. Perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

I come to Ft. Lauderdale for work quite often and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff is attentive and amazing, my room was clean and comfortable and the amenities are fantastic as well. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel from now on.
