Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport/South Cruise Port - Hotel in Hollywood - 2500 Stirling Rd, USA

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Whitney during my stay here and I must say they were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Whitney went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor made a significant impact. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations, promptly addressing my requests, or simply offering a friendly smile, their outstanding service truly enhanced my stay. Whitney embodies the very best of hospitality and is a true asset. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.

The hotel is in a nice area, across the street from shopping and restaurants so I assumed the hotel would be nice. My mistake. It’s ghetto. Run down, dirty, and rude staff. Homeless people roaming the parking lot at night. My first night housekeeping entered my room at 9pm to drop off towels. I was sound asleep. My bad for not having the security lock on I suppose. 🙄

Positive: The team. and the others we interacted with were SO incredibly pleasant and helpful. It was an AMAZING experience! Negative: The property could do with some renovation, but besides that, it was a comfortable stay. LOVED the room setup!

After a stressful day dealing with Delta at the airport they sent us to this hotel which was kind of far from the Miami Airport but staff was really nice to us even at 2am. The room was big and quiet so we slept great and the breakfast was great as well, lots of waffle toppings. We took the airport shuttle by mistake thinking it was to MIA because we didn’t know there was an airport at Fort Lauderdale, still the driver and front desk were offering help to call an uber or taxi for us. Great overall.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was fast. Everyone was friendly. We booked a suite and it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was 7/10, nothing super fancy but tasty, and the area was kept clean and well stocked.

Kinda dirty, hasn't been vacuumed, room or hallways, in awhile, stayed 3 days, found dead roach in bathroom. Wish I read reviews before staying. Much cleaner/newer Hilton brand hotels in area. Proximity to shopping/dining and 95 is great.

Great reception staff, rooms big, bed was comfy and in a great location for food and shopping. The bathroom was spacious, clean and hot water. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Also accomodating as we had a late flight and we were able to store our luggage until we left in shuttle.

Old, dirty and disgusting. The place needs a total facelift and is an embarrassment as a Hilton property. The carpet is worn and the furniture is old and dated. The shower had rust and someone else's hair. The elevators look as if no one has vacuumed inside them in years. There were large holes in the walls of the room (room 327) where the doorknobs repeatedly hit the sheetrock because there were no door stops. You couldn't eat the free breakfast because the seating area is entirely inadequate for the number of guests. We were happy to pour a cup of coffee and check out as fast as we could. My husband is a Hilton Diamond member and will be calling on Monday morning. Stay away from here - it's a dump.
