Hampton Inn & Suites Franklin Indianapolis - Hotel in Franklin - 361 Paris Dr, USA

I’m staying in room 427 next to freeway. Traffic noise 24/7! If you expect to sleep bring earplugs and white noise machine. It’s still a challenge masking the noise. Room very nice but owners should have spent more on noise abatement. Would not stay here again.

This is a great little hotel. We had connecting rooms which provided ample room for a family or other larger group. The rooms were very clean with good space. The microwave and mini fridge were both clean. The hotel was very quiet. There is a small convenience store which has some offerings for those things you may forget as well as snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the morning was very reasonable for being included. All in all this was a great, clean location and I would recommend it.

The Franklin property is one of the nicest Hampton Inn's I've stayed in recently. I reserved online, checked in online, and received a digital key online allowing me to go directly to my room on arrival. And then checked out on line. All very convenient and easy. I never had any contact with hotel staff. Until I discovered I'd left a personal item behind. I called and a human answered the phone, took my information, said they would look for my item and call me back. That all happened and I stopped by on the way out of town and my item was waiting for me at the front desk. This property was immaculate and they know how to run a hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Debbie, the general manager went above and beyond to help us during our extended stay here. In addition the assistant manager , Ricky, also took amazing care of us . The rooms were beautiful and clean, and housekeeping was great.|I definitely recommend this hotel for every type of traveler!|Also have a nice free breakfast 🥞!

I really enjoy staying at Hampton Inns as you get consistently good quality and value. ||We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Franklin. Right off the freeway, but the road noise is faint if not non existent. ||The rooms are nice sized, as is the bathroom. Good number of charging plugs and very clean room. Very comfy bed too. ||I like all the counter space in the bathroom along with multiple hooks. The previous Hampton Inn we stayed at even had a night light! ||The gym is mixed sized and as a bonus has a peloton bike — perfect for my morning workout.

My husband and I needed a hotel room after our Airbnb did not work out for Franklin Indiana. We were fortunate enough to get a room at the Hampton Inn, and I can’t say enough about the staff and service at this hotel! Their rooms are beautiful and they provide a great free breakfast every morning. Ricky, the assistant general manager, went out of his way to help us during our stay, and additionally, helped us look for a long-term stay residence. Debbie, manager, was also friendly and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The hotel is modern and clean, and I would recommend this to everyone looking for a great place to stay in Franklin.

Great choice for an overnight stop on I-65! Hampton Inn & Suites Franklin Indianapolis is new and immaculate with comfy rooms and much-appreciated extras, has a great location, walkable (1 mile) to a country club casual eatery that serves good food at fair prices. Erica at the front desk was professional and courteous. And, their hot breakfast is available from 6-10, very guest-friendly. Luv this Hampton Inn!

Great room set-up. It provided ample space to cook and live for two weeks. The only negative was the pool was closed part of my trip. The breakfast had cereal, waffles, scones, muffins, the usual assortment of items. Decent choices!
