I stayed in this hotel over this past weekend 6/21-6/23 and the ONLY good things about it were that one gentleman that worked the front desk was very nice and the location was close to where I needed to go. However the room was AWFUL. There was blood crusted underneath the shelf next to the bed, on the carpet directly underneath the shelf and splattered all over the backboard between the shelf and the floor. The room stank like rotting meat and the air conditioner did not work properly so it stayed between 77-81 degrees my entire stay. This was in a KING SUITE. Not just a regular room. If my room was this bad, I couldn’t imagine how bad the cheaper rooms were. I’ll never go here again.

I am an honors member and apparently at this hotel, you have to be a gold or diamond member to get a 10 cent bottle of water. It has a sign that says so. We asked for water at the desk and they guy pointed us to the shop where we could buy some. Come on. 10-12 cents is what it cost to buy it in bulk. The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. As an Honors Member, I just thought that limiting the water only to major travelers doesn't make sense. We stayed at three Hamptons that week and they were the only ones that limited who got water. The bed was decent and clean. The hotel is right off of I30 so you will hear the interstate traffic. Ask for a room that does not face the interstate. It is close to restaurants and was an easy on easy off for us as we were traveling. The front desk employee was not very friendly but that may just be because of the water issue. Love the days when the water was always in the room .

The rooms are not worth the money. Very hard, uncomfortable beds, I had so little water pressure for the hot water in my sink it was pathetic. Which made cleaning my supplies for breastfeeding very difficult to clean. Something was spilled on the wall in the bathroom and was never cleaned up. There was trash under the dresser that was never cleaned up when we got in our room along with hair in the shower.

This place is a filthy and run but staff who don't want to be there. Very lazy and when you speak to any of them its a burden. I travel about 30 weeks a year and try to stay low key. So I let everything slide. When I tried to check out they couldn't check me out and simply didn't care. They said they would figure it out and contact me but there was nothing they could do. I waited 3 days and nothing. Finally, I got ahold of someone who stated they had already figured it out 2 days before. Also, the area is filled with meth heads. While waiting for my room I saw 2 of them just openly fighting right outside the hotel. There is one in Lake Worth, select that one. If not, you have been warned.

Booked online 4/29 from Oklahoma for two adjoining rooms for basketball tournament 5/4. Confirmed reservation. Arrived just before 2pm after first game on 5/4 and checked to see if adjoining rooms were ready yet. Ben, who I was told was the manager, said they would be ready at 3 pm. Came back about 3:20 and desk personnel checked my ID and took payment for two adjoining rooms. We got upstairs and they were not adjoining rooms. Went back to front desk and management was not able to correct the mess-up because all adjoining rooms had now been assigned to other guests. We had to take two rooms that were not adjoining so that we could get cleaned up and proceed to our second basketball game. I feel like no effort was given to avoid the mistake and very little to correct the mistake. It's not the end of the world but I was very disappointed in the service. I mean how hard is it? I already booked the rooms for you... Second complaint is that one reason I booked this hotel was because it listed guest laundry room. Both washer and dryer take quarters only. No change machine on the property and once again front desk was zero help when asked if they had access to quarters to sell to their guests in order to utilize the amenities that are listed at this location. The young man at the tiny Taqueria across the street was more willing to aid in my quest than hotel management. Five stars to the Taqueria guy!!! Third complaint, and this one is a big one. Finally got laundry in and came back to the room to relax before the next day of ball games and discover that THE TV DOESN'T TURN ON! Called down to front desk and female manager at desk came up with batteries, switched batteries and clicked buttons on the remote like 20 times and confirmed it does not work. She said she would have to just call maintenance. I asked if maintenance was on staff there at the hotel and she said she would just have to call him and let him know it wasn't working and she left the room. I waited until almost 10 pm before showering in case maintenance was coming by to fix it. NO CALL, NO NOTHING! I checked out at 9am with same exact desk manager. SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING EXCEPT "What room are you checking out of?". That's it!! Perfect ending to a very disappointing hotel experience!

I would avoid staying here like you would avoid COVID. At first staff members were friendly and helpful. That has quickly changed. SOME STAFF MEMBERS WERE OVERTLY RUDE AND A STAFF MEMBER ENTERED MY ROOM IN SPITE OF DO NOT DISTURB, VIOLATING MY PRIVACY AND TRUST. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. INTENTIONALLY DISABLED MY ROOM KEYS. At breakfast 2 days ago I knocked on the door for where I believed the person responsible for the area was located. After waiting a few minutes she came to the door and asked what I wanted. After asking if she was the one responsible for the area, to which she responded in a nasty tone, what do you want. I asked her for some napkins. She turned around back into the room and slammed the door. I proceeded trying to get my breakfast put together when she later came out, retrieved some napkins from a cabinet, put them in their place and sneered, there you go. I was going to let that go, but when I returned to my room tonight I could tell someone had been in my room based upon how I place a object on the door. My keys would not work. I went to get them re-keyed and the desk person was less than polite or friendly. When I returned to the room it was clear someone had been in the room even though I had the do not disturb hung on the door. The room was rifled, items out of place, and it became clear to me they had purposely disabled my keys. Very frustrating having to return to the front desk after having walked by it with full hands and my cane. I suffer from serious back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain/issues. Since I believe my privacy would be honored I left my morphine and oxycodone in my room. Now I am having to do a count to see if any were stolen. I tried calling for a manager to get to the bottom of the hotel staff violating my privacy and rifling my room. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone, probably because she knew it was me and there would probably be trouble. Find anywhere else to stay. YOU MAY WANT TO AVOID HILON BRAND HOTELS ALTOGETHER. YOU WILL NOT ENCOUNTER FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEY WILL GO THROUGH YOUR ROOM AND VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY. Apparently no one in management works weekends, so good luck if you have an issue over a weekend.

Booked a room with two beds and get here and have one bed and a pull-out bed. Was told this was an upgrade because it is a suite and they over booked. Shower and refrigerator nasty, sink won't drain and television doesn't work. Lady at front desk rude and can tell she hates her job. You would be better off going to Motel 6 than this place.
