My stay here on was AMAZING!! I had a bit of a hard time finding it at first, but when I got here my kids enjoyed their lovely pool and I 10/10 recommend the breakfast! Shout out to miss Amanda at the front desk for helping me many times throughout my stay. Anything I needed, it’s like she already knew. Now that girl has got a future in hospitality! I sadly cannot say the say for the overnight front desk agent. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here!
My wife, our Australian Sheppard and myself stayed here for 4 nights. We were in the Fort Worth area for a couple of different Church events. Even though the hotel is an older Hampton it is very well maintained and the staff was great. They accommodated us with a 1st floor room because it would be more convenient for our older dog. The staff was friendly and willing to talk with the guest and provide anything that is needed. Additionally, for pet owners there is plenty of green area around the hotel for your pets. Plus there are many restaurants within a few minute drive.
I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Amanda at the front desk. I had a craving for chocolate chip cookies, but the hotel didn’t have any on hand. Amanda went above and beyond to find some and had them waiting in my room upon arrival. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay memorable. Kudos to Amanda for her exceptional service!
Positive: The staff were kind and helpful. I loved the smell of the hotel as soon as we came in to the hotel! Negative: The carpets in the rooms are very thin and could be steam cleaned.
Positive: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had rooms with two doubles and a pull out. The room was large. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The kids enjoyed it. Negative: The safe was broken and one of the blinds wouldn?t work. There was also some cosmetic things in the bathroom.
Facility was super clean and staff was wonderful. There was an issue with my room, but when I notified the front desk, they immediately switched me rooms and ensured I was taken care of. Location is close by quite a few restaurants and right off of the highway for easy access.
Staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean, and a quiet place to stay. The pool and hot tub was also nice.
