Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Mill - Hotel in Fort Mill - 1520 Carolina Pl, USA

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family at the tail end of our vacation and were quite satisfied with the accommodations. The room was spacious with clean comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and the location was great because it was nice and quiet yet near a lot of retail and restaurants. The breakfast was ok and our room did lack a sofa chair, we only had a computer chair but I am being a bit nitpicky. Overall I liked this place and would stay here again....

Desk staff is very friendly & accommodating! Had delays in my arrival from the airport and they waited for my (almost midnight) arrival! Thank you so much for the hospitality. Comfortable beds, various pillows to suit everyone’s preferences, great breakfast and coffee in the mornings & friendly staff! I highly recommend for anyone in the area! Looking forward to my next stay when I’m in town visiting the corporate office.

Cassandra is AMAZING! From day one at check in she went above and beyond. Jayson was very friendly and informative. Anita the RM is LUCKY to have such an OUTSTANDING staff! I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I am in the area. My overall experience it was just 🍑 Peachy 😀😀😀😀😀

This hotel is very nice. Huge Christmas tree, very nice fitness center, washers & dryers, and the rooms are huge and fancy. Jervaris is absolutely fantastic. He is attentive to customers needs, friendly, and helpful. I would rate this location the best 10 stars ⭐️

Room felt dated. Stains on the table. The soap dish was dirty. The building is not easy to find! It’s all the way around behind a Lowe’s Home Improvement store…and you can’t even see it until you get to the side of Lowe’s…not a great location. Having said that, the room itself was clean and the heater/air conditioner is controlled on the wall (not at the unit) and it’s fairly quiet…which is a plus. If you stay at hotels you know how incredibly loud those things can be!!! Great choices for breakfast and a large seating area. Conveniently located just off I-77. Overall not a bad place to stay and it was quiet even with the close location to the highway.

This was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed at. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The King Suite was clean and updated. All King Suites we have stayed in previously have a bathtub. This one was nicely updated and had a shower instead of a bathtub. I'm not sure all the King Suites are like this, so be sure to ask if you have a preference one way or another.

Room was not very clean. In spite of advertising that someone would service our room every other day, no one did over the 5 nights we were there. The shower gel and lotion dispensers were empty but we were told they didn't have replenishment. We had to go buy soap for showering. There was frequently a mountain of trash in the main floor hallway, which was not attractive. The room only had one place to sit. Wifi was adequate, but not great. Breakfast was OK. On the whole, we were disappointed

We stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed with the cleanliness, how nice the room was and the bed was very comfortable. Also very friendly staff and quick service, we enjoyed our experience. Though the breakfast could have been better specially with more fruit. Overall best hampton we have stayed at!
