Great hotel and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and nice quality pillows. The room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area was small for a larger hotel. Even with a full room of guests eating, the staff kept the food replenished and the room clean. The hotel room was quiet and we did not hear the street noises.

Was able to choose room using the app. Definitely should have done that the first time around as we were given a room facing the street / highway and so at night there were non-stop vehicle noises that made it hard to sleep. One room we stayed in had wet spot in the corner but stayed there because we were ready to call it a night. Other than that our stay was pleasant, plenty of parking, breakfast was very convenient since we were traveling through.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Flagstaff, Arizona. My family of five was pleasantly surprised at the size of the hotel room and the suite layout. The televisions in our rooms were smart televisions with messages welcoming us by name on the television. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the ability to watch YouTube in our rooms on the Hampton televisions. This hotel easily had the best continental breakfast of our vacation. We were surprised by the variety of foods and drinks available to hotel patrons. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests during our stay. I find that Hampton Inn and suites are some of the newest, cleanest, and best value for your money of all the Hilton hotel brands. Unfortunately, I have also noticed something lately among both Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn – that is that they rarely will allow you a late check out. I have been a Hilton member for about a decade. I travel over 100 nights per year in hotels globally. For most of that decade, my number one choice has been Hilton. That recently changed, and this is one of the reasons. When I check in at any Marriott property, they asked me if I would like a late check out. That can be as late as 3 PM most of the time. It’s part of the reason why at the beginning of this year, I decided to burn my Hilton points with free stays and focus on reaching the top pinnacle for Marriott. We will see how that compares. I’ve become disappointed with many of the Hilton properties. I have stayed at over the past year. Many of them, old, needing renovations, funny smells, and just looking a little bit “worn.” If you are looking for a nice location, a decently, priced hotel, free breakfast, clean rooms, a hot tub that is actually hot as well as a very nice pool and pool area (though the towels are exceptionally small) in Flagstaff, Arizona, the Hampton Inn is a very nice place to stay-as long as you want to be checked out prior to 11 AM!

Rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly and provided us with all of our needs. The only thing I will say is breakfast could improve the breakfast time was very from being over and when my husband asked for them to bring potatoes out the response was we aren't making anymore for the day.

The room was very clean and set up nicely. My wife and I were traveling with a service dog and the staff was very accommodating. The convenience of the breakfast was an added bonus! Overall I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Good location rooms clean. But need to replace and upgrade charging and electric plugs at the bed. Worn out and won't hold electric plug or USB cord. Just upgrade it. No local tv channels no football. Really?!? Also no microwave sigh. Beware breakfast is 6-9 rather than usual 6-10. I'll try another Hampton next time

Very nice layout and design, very local feel, both professional and comfortable like a home. I heard the pictures are all local and even family members of the owners. Desk staff recognized my family as frequenters. Product dispensers in showers. Owner gave us a discount!
