Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff East - Hotel in Flagstaff - 990 N Country Club Dr, USA

Great fairly new property, just 2 miles from downtown Flagstaff and right off the I-40 freeway. A great Italian restaurant is across the parking lot, too. Super clean modern hotel, fantastic water pressure, and bright bathroom. The beds are super comfy with nice pillows. Breakfast was OK with a good selection of fruit in case you want a healthy start to the day.

We stayed here one night during a road trip from PA to NV; this hotel was generally very nice and in a good location. The hotel is either newly built or remodeled, and our room (#421) was sparkling clean and comfortable. The check-in clerk was efficient and professional. The only negative here was that the room doors are poorly insulated or ill-fitting, and banging doors in the hallway disturbed us beginning at 5:50 a.m.; also, very strong cooking fumes were noticeable in our room shortly after that time as well.||The breakfast was acceptable, with the typical Hampton Inn selections (but no bagels our morning). The seating capacity of the breakfast room was very good, with overflow seating available as well, if needed.

What a refreshing hotel for Flagstaff. We loved being upgraded as Diamond (thx Megan!) and everything in this newish hotel is in excellent shape. Breakfast was well managed & especially good. Of note however, we really could’ve used more towels than just one of per person, (yes we went for more) And a parking fee of $7.50 ? Just awkward. But we still loved our stay & will return.

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at this hotel. Echo, the Front Desk Agent, provided outstanding hospitality with her warm and positive attitude. She kindly accommodated our early check-in request, significantly enhancing our experience. The mountain view from our room is stunning, and I eagerly anticipate returning in the future.

My 30 years of booking rooms I have come across a strong position of don't book here again lesson learn. Once upon a time we did an RFP thru the Hilton app. a conversation was had about the incorrect date on the RFP. We where told that's not big deal they will change the date. 1 week prior to our arrival a rooming list was sent out with the correct date showing when we would be to the hotel. The hotel didn't send us a Hilton confirmation. The error would be found the day of check in. This hotel charged me an additional $2,000.00 for the rooms and placed the blame on me. Even thou she acknowledge the rooming list with the correct arrival date on a letter head from my company the week prior. In my booking I requested parking for a bus and the front desk told me to park my $750K brand new bus out on a muddy dirt lot. This would also require jumping a curb to get this done. Bottom line if you are making a group booking go some place else.

Absolutely perfect place to stay if you’re planning to sightsee in the area. The room was clean, with only a few minor cosmetic issues that didn’t affect our comfort. Matresa at the front desk was wonderful - her warm and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location right off Intersate 40. However, as a diamond member, I was not really treated too well. I asked for a king-size bedroom, and I was told they were booked up and ended up in a disability room. Again. Was told I don't get any Diamond perks here, could have water put in my room. Little things, Desk agents were more focused on their cell phones than guest arriving. Little things that can be corrected with some company sponsored training. I don't ask for the world when I stay at these properties but would like my earned diamond member perks. I do spend tens of thousands of dollars at hilton on an annual basis. Regardless, the views are spectacular!! The staff eh could be better.

Mathsa and Megan were at the desk did a great job, room was best room we have had at a Hampton inn in a long time. No issues, breakfast area was well kept, stocked, and very clean, your attendant is on her game, we did not get her name
