Enjoyed our stay in this very spacious room (great storage spaces) which was super clean, except for one little area. Staff (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast) were all super friendly!|Hotel amenities included a basic, but functional workout room, a nice breakfast spread, and indoor pool (which, unfortunately did not use as it was super cold, wish it was heated, or heated more!).|A couple of things that threw me off were the really dusty air vent in the bathroom, and the gouges of wood missing on the door… Photos attached. However, please don’t let that throw you off. This is a really nice hotel, with an amazing history of a previous hotel/springs on site. |Would definitely visit again, if in the area.

The best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The king suite was very nice. Fresh smelling linens and a comfortable soft bed. The wifi is fast and easy to connect to. The shower had lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. Their breakfast was very well stocked and had plenty of choices. Even with two soccer teams eating too, they were able to maintain cleanliness and quantity. The hotel overall was a great experience.

The staff was nice and I really appreciated the breakfast both because it was exactly what I would expect out of a free breakfast, but also had a rotating menu if you were there multiple days. However, this hotel was very difficult to sleep at because of two major things. First, the walls were very thin and it was quite easy to hear neighbors both on the same floor and in the floors above and below you. Second, the heater in this room only came on for about 15 seconds every time it activated which was accompanied by a loud click. This happened several times an hour, making sleep extremely difficult. The only thing we could figure out to help was to just set the fan to run all night long, rather than just turn on when it was needed.

A relaxing stay with very pleasant staff. No hot tub but a small pool That is temperature controlled, not too cold and not too warm but the air is warm in the pool area which is nice. Room was in “new” Condition and temperature was “warm” in the room.

Best overall hotel in the Lancaster area! The best check in and front desk experience. Room layout design was perfect for a king room. Nice large parking lot to accommodate buses. A little distance and pricier than some, but you get what you pay for and I’d take this all day, every day!

It had been several years since we stayed here and we forgot how beautiful the area is and how nice this hotel is. We had a King Mobility/Hearing Accessible room with a tub and a sofa bed. I recently had knee replacement surgery so I needed to added security of grab bars and other safety features. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed and very clean. We were on the 2nd floor but it was very quiet and the room overlooked the city, with beautiful views of the sunsets. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful. I requested housekeeping and our room was serviced while we were out. The breakfast was a typical Hampton breakfast but was kept refreshed and the eating area was clean. The coffee bar in the lobby could have used a lottle more attention, each evening the coffee was lukewarm at best. The pool and gym looked nice but we did not use either. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to this area.

We were only at this hotel for a little over 12 hours but we were very impressed. We had never been to Ephrata before and immediately appreciated the hotel’s location|at the top of town. Luckily our room had a great view down the hill. The staff was courteous, the room was modern and clean, there was plenty of parking and the free breakfast was full of good options. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean, comfortable room. Feel very safe, convenient to multiple restaurants and attractions. Staff efficient, friendly & welcoming. Excellent location with spectacular views overlooking the town - especially around Christmastime.
