The bed was okay but the pillows were comfortable. The room smelled stale or like feet couldn’t tell the difference. It was clean just had a smell. The service was nice. Dodge city was definitely not what I expected. I was rather disappointed in the area.

Haven't been here in a few years. We used to love it. Parts have really gone down hill. The room felt old and needed repairs. It did feel clean, but things were hanging off the wall, and no hot water. Tv and fridge were great. Front desk was sometimes on her phone and not paying attention to the desk. Breakfast was amazing. Pool felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and could use a touch up. Location is perfect if you are going to the casino.

Another fantastic day! We have stayed here numerous times and we always enjoy it. We are happy to hear they are getting ready to revamp the rooms in the near future. That being said, they are definitely far from being horrible right now. The manager and their team are doing a great job!

Staying here for a week due to work. I was impressed on the cleanliness of the room. I love the western feel of the hotel and like that the casino is right next store. the workout room is really nice as well. The only complaint was the pool. I always bring test strips to check chlorine leves in the pool before swimming. The chlorine levels were dangerously high it read 10ppm or higher. The pool should not have been open to the public with levels that high. The smell was extremely strong as well. I gave service a 4 star because one of the cleaning ladies would give me an ugly face everytime she would see me. Don't know what her problem was but the people at the front desk were nice and welcoming.

We try to stay at a Hampton Inn whenever we travel. We can count on having a clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is always hot and delicious. The hotel was next to the arena and casino but it was very quiet inside. Coffee was available throughout the day.

This hotel was a surprise, clean, comfortable large room. Excellent bed (we were so tired, having spent the day on the road). The hotel was also very quiet. Not many restaurants open late, nothing within walking distance, which was not expected, what with the casino next door. We checked in (fast and welcoming) and drive nearby for fast food. Accessible♿️ Plenty of parking, pet friendly🐶

Aaliyah was great! She helped us tremendously when we mistakenly booked the wrong city. She was friendly and did her job well! Great employee, true definition of great customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
