Overall, the hotel was very clean and in good condition. I also had to extend my stay, and Katherine was very helpful while I was figuring that out. I didn't love that if your room faces the main road, you can hear loud vehicles every time they drive by, but it wasn't unbearable.

Our room was ready early and very clean. Very clean fitness room too, with well-maintained machines and weights. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and accidentally left some items behind. The staff was gracious when we called about shipping them back to us, and they promptly arrived only a few days after we called. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lone Tree area!

Rooms were clean but the bed is outdated. It's very lumpy and worn out. My preference is a hard bed. It's time to replace new mattress. Also breakfast was just ok for complimentary. I just drank free coffee. Overall it's nice and quiet location and parking is free. It's tucked away and there is no local restraunts or mini market near if you need quick needs.

Hotel claims to be "pet friendly", but charges a $50 fee. While I understand that some hotels charge a pet fee, $50 is outrageous. |No offer to help with bags. Could hear the guy in the next room on the phone loud and clear.. at 5am. Some thicker walls might be a good idea.

The hotel seems to be under new management. We stayed here a year ago and it was better back then. Now, it’s austere. We requested a roll away bed and when we arrived, we were told that the roll aways had been “thrown out” recently. So, my son had to sleep on the floor. They offered no help or alternatives. The breakfast bar had old dried out fruit, dried out brown sugar, watery oatmeal. Really disappointing.

Always good rooms- clean and fresh. Free breakfast that is always a decent, quick meal, with waffles, yogurt, juices, cereal, etc. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn and this one was no exception :)

Everything was good here. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was complete. The coffee was trash, but that's probably because I'm picky...
