Loved the room. Great shower. However, breakfast left a little to be desired. Would have been nice for the short order cook to make something besides pancakes. If she could do eggs of any kind, it would be great. We had stayed at the element in Waco, and breakfast was way better.

Great experience here. It felt brand new! Spacious room, clean, and well lit. Comfy bed. Ruby at the front desk was so very nice! Restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Parking lot was well lit when arriving after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional service with a strong emphasis on vegan and healthy options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the experience even better. We especially loved the veggie towers—absolutely delicious! And we can’t forget the fee bikes too.

This hotel didn’t work for me. The pool water was cloudy and I developed a rash after I got out of the pool. |The shower head flow control made it tough to wash off the nasty pool water. ||The bed included 2 different comforters on top of each other which made it feel like a ton of bricks on top of me:|First layer was an American comforter inside of 2 flat sheets; then on top was a European Comforter inside a Duvet Cover topped off with another flat sheet.|In the middle of the night I took everything apart and only kept the European Comforter which was light and cozy.| |The mattress was super firm, may be too firm for my taste. |The best about the hotel was the breakfast. Fresh items and super tasty.

Always a great stay here. The staff make the experience great. I always look forward to happy hour here. They offer free drinks cheese & olives. Great lobby to get some work done, network with other businesses travelers or just chill. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be staying here again.

I want to thank Jessica Hughes, the AGM, and her staff at Hampton Inn in Richardson. I was without power for 5 days this week due to storms, and when I couldn’t find a room anywhere, Jessica found one for me. She was a helpful and kind as anyone could be, especially under chaotic circumstances. The room was very nice, it’s a fairly new and well kept facility, which I never really noticed until I needed it. They were all patient with me as I waited for power, not knowing from day to day what would happen. I really appreciate the service! And they have a great complimentary breakfast! I’ll be recommending this location to anyone visiting. Thanks Jessica!

Good stay. Clean rooms, hot showers, fairly quiet. Love the glass showers. Enjoy the large shower much more than the tub. Location was not bad. Only issue we had was we made it there after a long drive, arrived at 11:30 and the front doors are locked (card operable). The lady at the front desk was away. Luckily somone drifted in and used their card so we were able to make it into the lobby. Overall, a good stay and decent representation of the brand. No harm, no foul. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was just okay. Choices these days are getting tired and a bit generic. Same offering at all of the Hilton chain. Not a big deal unless you travel a lot. Overall, no complaints. Good stay at a decent price. Would stay here again and I stay at a lot of Hilton properties.

First time to stay in Richardson, but so good to know it has a stellar Hampton Inn & Suites. Both check in and checkout were fast and easy, with both ladies very personable and helpful. We had two rooms, both absolutely SPOTLESS, with an excellent supply of towels and washcloths, lovely makeup remover packets, and wall mounted soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom. Great lighting. Beds were so comfortable and fresh. Great night’s sleep in quiet well-appointed rooms. Thank you!
