My room was full of dog food, room dirty, I asked to have my room clean, they told me they only clean rooms every other day. The African American lady was very rude and said your not getting no money back, not once did I ask for money. I had my 2 year gbaby with me. I told her what if she wouldhve picked that up and ate it. Thinking it’s candy. She rolled her eyes and said I will let manager know and Monday. This was behind both beds. And second pic is urine from the dog by the counter. Very bad experience here! Avoid if you can.

If you have a complaint it is best to just deal with corporate. OR put into the Better Business Bureau if they are on the site. My mom who traveled out of town Stayed in one of the rooms. Shortly after checking out she called up there for a missing item. After describing the item and providing the room number. That item was said to be placed in a bag to be picked up. I who then had to take care of the matter because I was local, came to pick up the item. The incorrect room number was on the bag and the item that was found was not the item that was left. I have called and went up there several times to speak with management. Was told by staff could not verify who was working at that time. Which is not correct information. The present manager Taylor, who when you call can not get ahold of. Could find out that information. Also to add apparently there has been new staff within the month. I have stayed in this hotel years ago with no issues. But whoever is working now lacks customer service, professionalism, and ethical care to their customers. You would think corporate would get involved. Apparently that is not happening. Just do not provide your money or business until this matter is cleared. Issue still not resolved, as staff has made it difficult for the issue to even be addressed. There are to many hotels in this area to get treated this way. As well as you can pay your money too.

I stayed in the hotel for around 6 weeks and it was really nice stay. The manager was really helpful and kind. Helped me out with everything I needed. I can recommend it and will come back for sure if I’m again at this area.

I had my catalytic converters stolen from under my truck the first night in their parking lot. Before the theft they wouldn't give me a State rate they offered my co-workers so I had to pay extra. Beds were OK but on the hard side and the A/C never did cool the room. It was an awful experience. Won't be back.

Newer hotel in good shape. Typical Hampton breakfast. Really close to a loud freeway (I slept with ear plugs to cut out traffic noise), so make sure to get a room at the far end.

My GMC Denali was stolen when I stayed here. The women working the front desk knew it was my truck because she told me my truck was stolen the second I got to the lobby in the morning. She had my room # and cell phone number but never contacted me. She told a bunch of lies which made me think she was involved. Corporate did nothing but tell me to deal with this hotel's management. Hotel management said they would investigate then contact me. I nevwr heard anything so I contacted them a week later and got nothing. This is an absolute terrible hotel and would never stay here again.

The hospitality was wonderful. Around around 1 to check in and front desk did a wonderful job to get me a room early.

Midway Through my trip and I’m already Booking the next stay here! Excellent staff, clean, cozy!! Will be back.
