Hampton Inn & Suites Conway - Hotel in Conway - 2400 Sanders St, USA

It's hard to beat this hotel. It's got an indoor pool, fitness room, great customer service, clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast. They also allow pets. Conway is a great location. It has almost everything LR has, but without the problems associated with Little Rock. This hotel is in a particularly good location. Walmart is a half mile away. Restaurants and gas stations are just as close. It's right of interstate 40 . This hotel is a steal at this price point.

Very nice hotel! Smells so nice when you go inside. I’ve been here before and the rooms are great! Staff is amazing! Always helpful. Location is good as well. Had everything i needed. Will definitely stay there again next time I am down there.

This Hampton was built in 2020 and shows it. I love how well lit the hallways were. Everything was clean and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer, but we only stopped for a few hours of rest and a shower during a long road trip. We booked a king suite that was very spacious. The sofa pulled out into a full size and was surprisingly very comfortable. There was a nice desk with drawers, a chair, tv, microwave, fridge and the shower was a large walk in. I highly recommend this place.

There were 2 very very kind and caring people working the night of Dec 9th. Very helpful and willing to listen to 2 random people walking through the door. They made us feel so welcomed thank you for listening and all the kind words from both of you!

This Hampton Inn is gorgeous on the inside. The staff are really nice and accommodating. The dining area is large with plenty of room to move around in the morning for serving breakfast. The only bad thing.... No Water Pressure in the morning when taking my shower. I informed the staff when checking out. I hope the owner gets the message and addresses this issue ASAP.

Both beds were super hard. Upstairs room had stomping and running until early hours. Tried calling the front desk multiple times. No answer. Finally went downstairs and could see that the clerk was drifting off to sleep. When I told the clerk at checkout how bad the experience was, she just looked at me. Don't waste your money. Horrible.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Dawn, Renae, and Lavonda. Together, Dawn, Renae, and Lavonda represent the best of what hospitality can offer. They made our stay not just a visit, but an experience to remember. We are already looking forward to our next stay, confident in the knowledge that we will be in the best of hands.

Hampton Inns have really taken a turn for the worse lately. 1st the hotel sold my king suite I reserved 3 weeks in advance to someone else and between Caleb & Dawn it took me a full hour to check in because on top of them selling my reservation to someone else they couldn’t “figure out” how to program the keys for the room so I had to go back and forth 4x to finally be able to access my room. I really think they saw the color of my skin and didn’t want me staying at their hotel based on that. Hilton Honors Gold doesn’t mean anything near what it used to mean, I think from this point on I’m only using Marriott hotels for my work trips
