Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence - Hotel in Independence - 6020 Jefferson Dr, USA

Stayed overnight with my daughter to attend a concert. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. No complaints about the room, which was clean and came with two queen beds and a decent-sized fridge. Beds were comfortable, and we both slept well. Parking was adequate, no long walks to the door. No noise issues. Bathroom was clean and equipped with a nightlight. Other than her cereal and my coffee we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet but the offerings seemed plentiful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

I checked in Friday evening left Saturday morning and before leaving asked maid and front desk to make my room and change towels… and came back to the room that is not clean, dirty towels on the floor At Hampton hotel in independence, Ohio The manager claim this is Hilton policy. They do not make a bed or change towels if you’re staying 2 nights… Super disappointing and I will never stay at Hampton again…… I hardly ever write reviews, but this really got me. I wish they would allow it to place pictures.

Had a beautiful weekend stay with my daughter. The entire staff was very professional and showed the upmost sweetest professionalism to not only my daughter and myself, but my family that came out to swim and enjoy a late nite pizza gathering. Breakfast was amazing. Pool and hot tub was fun. Clean and warm. Will return soon. Thank you

I've read through other reviews and am not sure what people are talking about/ expecting. Service is outstanding. Very friendly amd helpful staff. Very attentive to needs. Location is great. 15 minutes from downtown. Lots of food and shopping options nearby and right off both the I77 and 480. If you can't find it, that's on you. Rooms were a nice size, quiet and all have been recently renovated. Very nice pool and breakfast area and good breakfast options. A little repetitive after a few days - omelettes, potatoes and a breakfast meat - and the chicken sausages were meh but otherwise very flavourful and a nice daily selection. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Carol at the breakfast station was pleasant and helpful. Started the morning out right. Michelle , the front office manager on the other hand was the total opposite. Seems like she was wanting to argue over simple check in and was not the most friendliest or happy about accommodating diamond members with welcome bag... Spoke with Erica at front desk this morning about the 3 night stay and concerns with Michelle and she didn't seem suprised. I think Erica needs a promotion!

The front desk service, the breakfast ladies, the Maids were all very friendly, helpful and considerate. Plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious with a good variety, and the hot dishes changed every day. Room was spacious and clean with multiple USB ports. The heating worked wonderful on a 36° night. We stayed for three nights. Parking lot lighting was well lit. Hot coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7 came in handy and was well attended to. There is a little sundry store and it was fully stocked with a great variety of items to choose from. With only one exception because we had to drive to Canton to see the NFL Football Hall of Fame, everything else we wanted to see and do was within 7 to 15 miles of this hotel. It is right near a major interchange and was so easy to drive every place.

Great staff and service. Not a big hotel, but a very nice, clean, and well run one. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet and a good and quite location.

Pros: This is a dream location. Quiet is an understatement, it's peaceful and quiet. I've seen couples walking safely in the evenings. There's enough police in the area so there's no shenanigans outside or inside. Con: Powered eggs daily, terrible potatoes and limited fruit for breakfast. And it's literally a three story building. Not a bad thing, just small. Pro: The customer service is good. One lady seemed irritated, but the overall staff was both good and accommodating. Con: The handle on the toilet broke while we were there, and it couldn't be fixed until the next day. They offered another room; however, I explained moving would be a bit difficult (they came the next morning like clock work btw) so we waited. The room isn't well lit. And it's all natural lighting, so it seems dull. Pro: The room was clean overall. Pro: The digital key is a sweet bonus to have on your phone. (If you set the keycard down and run to the car without it or throw out your trash it helps) Pro: Management seemed accommodating. The day supervisor Erica was especially helpful. The young man on the night shift was very polite and accommodating. Conclusion: Probably the best place in Northeast Ohio. I would stay again and again. Please book in advance, because Monday and Tuesdays are busy.
