Horrible customer service. Showed up with a reservation and was told that my room was double booked. The woman behind the counter clearly lacked experience and told me that no rooms were available, but they would send me to Comfort Inn a few blocks away and comp the room. I verified that no room was available as I knew it was their screw up for double booking but was told no. She said she’d call Comfort Inn and let them know. I left for Comfort Inn and was asked for my walk over paper, which I was never given. I was visibly upset and said that surely something could be done and was told that I needed the paper. I went back to the Hampton Inn, told the woman she never gave me the paper, and she apologized, but couldn’t figure out how to do it so she called her manager and magically 2 rooms at the Hampton became available within a 10 minute period. I was given one of the rooms, under the impression that my room was being comped for their screw up, but was told by the manager today that I got the room I paid for and “since I showed first, they had the other person stay at another hotel instead”. I explained that’s not what I was told, that no room was available and that magically 2 rooms became available in a matter of 10 minutes. I was rudely told “rooms didn’t magically appear” and “we’re not comping a room that you paid for”. Don’t stay here unless you like dealing with liars and incompetent people. And even then, don’t.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel for a hockey tournament. Rooms and building were clean and well kept. The staff was probably one of the friendliest and professional we've experienced in our tournament travels! They thought ahead and put each team on their own floor too! Would definitely stay here again for future hockey travel.

Called to cancel room 8 hours past the 48 hour cutoff time. Was told they would not charge my card due to my circumstances. I asked again to confirm they wouldn't charge me...nope all good!! 1 hour later my credit card was charged. Called them back... Oh too bad, its a late cancellation. We dont know who told you that. I had called the hotel directly. The General Manager was no help and seemed to take great pleasure saying " its company policy" even tho her employee said they wouldnt charge. They need to stand by what they are telling the customers!

Room was lovely and had all we needed- only problems were the shower had hair that did not belong to any of us. Window was dirty unsure if it was inside or out. Breakfast bar was awesome. Eek…Awaken by a fire alarm in the early hours.

Solid hotel and ok value. Breakfasts a bit subpar for this sort of hotel, also our ice machine was broken but other floors worked. A bit paltry in workout equipment, a terrible TV and interface. Essentially you end up scrolling through every channel if you want to watch something since there was no guide. Staff nice and place seemed clean and while nothing special solid value.

Very clean hotel. Highly recommend. I had a King Suite. Modern, clean, no smells. Breakfast is good with a very nice sitting area. Coffee 24 hours.

Over-Priced !! The staff was nice however they need to get some weekly extermination done. Ants and I mean ants everywhere !! I have stayed in the keys so I understand some things you can't control but that was ridiculous. I love the Hilton Brand but come on.
