Hampton Inn & Suites Claremore - Hotel in Claremore - 1811 Scissortail Ave, USA

I travel extensively for work (over half the year) and had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks. This property has it all: clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with nice new decor. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. For breakfast they have an extensive breakfast setup with waffle station, eggs, sausage/bacon and potatoes, cereals, yogurt, breakfast bars and pastries. There are numerous eating establishments within blocks of this location, including two grocery stores, Aldi and Walmart across the street. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. General Manager, Amber was awesome! Since other reviewers have commented about a train noise, yes there is a train that passes through town, but train whistle it's hardly noticeable. As for the train itself, it's too far away from the hotel to hear. Trust me, I would have checked out if it were a problem. You'll be glad you chose this property. HIGHLY recommended!

Typical Hampton Inn in many respects. Seemed to have limited staff since the same woman was in charge of the desk and breakfast room. We saw no one else. While breakfast was OK, it wasn't what we expect at Hampton. When we arrived before 8 several items needed restocking and once the woman appeared and we mentioned it, she promptly restocked them. The hallway carpets and our room carpet needed cleaning and the elevator floor was filthy.

Booked the King Suite and room was amazing, very spacious and mostly clean. Only problem is that the bathroom was not clean, I had to wash hair off the walls and down the tub from in the tub. Honestly, breakfast was not the greatest, some of the hot food wasn't cooked all the way and in the 3 days here, they didn't refill the bagels or pastries so after the first day there wasn't much to choose from. Other than that is was a pretty great experience. We were driving here from Colorado and they were nice enough to check us in so the room didn't get canceled since they do their audit at 2 AM and we got there at 4 AM.

We originally were staying at the Laquinta and was supposed to be there for 3 nights. Left night 1 due to the disgusting rooms! Called Hampton Inn they immediately had a room for us ready. Even put us in a suite because the king rooms weren't quite cleaned yet. The rooms were CLEAN, SMELLED GOOD and felt like we were in our own home. AMAZING STAFF as well. They will definitely continue to get our service when we visit, if it stays like it was when we were there! So thankful for our trip ending with good sleep, quiet rooms and a clean atmosphere! Thank yall!

house keeping ladies were very sincere and kind. the front desk ladies were extremely rude. I called and asked to speak to the general manager they hung up on me. The night time guy was extremely helpful and nice. But would love for the GM to contact me about his daytime front desk employees. no one should be spoke to or talked to in that manner specially in times of need.

Great place. I didn’t really have much interaction with staff. Which is good bec I prefer it that way. They had a nice breakfast 6-10. Variety of items to choose from. A nice ice machine tucked away so I didn’t have to go in front of everyone clanking my ice chest. The rooms are clean. There’s trash cans outside which I loved. Made it easier for me to throw away items rather than holding it till I got to my room. They also had tampons and pads in the bathroom which i thought was phenomenal. Truly accommodating. Theres a Walmart nearby as well plus some other shops and food stops.

My room was dirty. Hair in the shower, dust on the night stands and obvious dirt, dust and hair on the floor (I have long blonde hair 100% not mine plus hadn’t used the bathroom/shower yet). The bedding is the only thing that looked like it was clean. My house flooded and if I didn’t need a place to stay right by my house to keep an eye on it I’d left and found somewhere else. Pics don’t do it justice. Also was super sick on top of everything else and didn’t want to start anything and complain.

Stay away from this hotel if you're looking for sleep, you'll won't find it here. There is a train that goes by every hour and sometimes twice an hour and blows its horn. If you can sleep through the train, then you have put up with pillows, out of all 8 of them, none were firm. The breakfast buffet wad lousy, the juice machine didn't work and the milk lukewarm, very little. The hot food wasn't warm it had to be microwaved. With the amount of money spent to stay here, we expected much more, we are honors members. This hotel needs to be looked at. Very unhappy customers.
