Overall bad experience from the beginning of our family weekend getaway. Dave was the friendliest of all staff including the breakfast staff. My brother walked in and instead of being welcomed and greeted nicely, the front desk lady (Tracy)assumed he was there to use the pool without being a hotel guest, which he did have a room there. He was profiled before he can even walk up to the desk and check in. On top of this, the elevator was out of order. The whole 3 days we had to walk up and down the stairs. The breakfast was included but not really worth it. Your best bet is McDonalds or IHOP down the street. I took my kids to the pool, 3-5ft. Not bad for a small hotel, no hot tub, and also no towels available at pool area. Had to walk all the way to front desk for towels, which they barely wanted to give any saying the 3 they gave me was all they had left. Worst experience ever. They can do better and I hope they do for other families. We will definitely never come back and won’t refer anyone to this location.

I notice dirty linens sitting in the hallway from check in to check out, dirty hallway carpets and overflowing trash bins. This is something I generally notice at Hilton’s. I wonder if it is a lack of staff across the Hiltons because we stay at these hotels in many different states. The breakfast is full continental breakfast; busy seemingly the entire time with staff constantly restocking things. They are all super friendly here, willing to serve and do it with a smile… Those who need conditioner with shower…get it at front desk at check in because it’s not in the room. Outlets are few and far between and there is not access to patio door for these rooms. The layout is like a square courtyard in the middle of all hotel rooms so when you need to get to your room it is a lot of walking…

The hotel was nice it was conveniently located we love being able to use our phone as a key and picking our room prior to check in. The breakfast buffet is typical for a hotel like this it was clean and served its purpose we would have probably scored the hotel a little bit lower just because it's a little dated however Cabrina Martin who works the evenings at the front desk has proven to be a true professional and a amazing example of hospitality in the hotel industry. If we are ever back in this area we will stay here again. Well done.

i stay here every week for work and really think its good value. Dave the gentleman who manages the front desk in the evenings is spectacular. Professional, knowledgable, always remembers me, asks about my family, etc. really defines what its like to feel welcome. This is why I come back. For people like Dave and all the friendly staff. Keep up the great work.

Stayed Aug 3 to 9, Jose and the team gave my group and I a wonderful week. Recommended excellent places to eat and provided a good breakfast option and service every day. All areas were very clean and kept up. Check in and check out was taken care of by a friendly person. We definitely will be back.

Such a clean and hospitable hotel, truly enjoyed our stay. We accidentally booked way too far from the actual city, but this hotel made that 50 minute drive bearable. Very impressed.

The staff, all the way around were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well supplied. We've had better breakfast at other Hampton Inns, but it was good. An elevator was out shortly after we arrived, and 2 Days later it was still not working. Not a problem for My wife and myself, but the walk to the working elevator was a bit long. Would stay here again for sure. Oh, each time we went in or out of the doors, the smell of the lilac bushes was wonderful.

My stay here was absolutely HORRENDOUS, there was someone else blood on my shower, dead bugs all on top of the air conditioner and when I complained to Ifran the GM he got mad and tried to shut me up because I was using friends and family discount, he told me I’m not allowed to complain and to pretty much deal with it. I showed him pictures and everything. He was very rude and dismissive to me. When I told him I was going to complain and show the pictures he had me removed off friends and family discount and I don’t care. I have every right to complain when someone else blood is on the shower in the room I’m staying in and still paying for, the dead bugs were horrible, I couldn’t tell if they were ants or gnats. The towels were dingy and had stains on them. The elevator didn’t work and he never bothered to tell us this. The ice machine only works on the first floor. Under the sink in the bathroom was moldy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Before I was able to use this discount I always stayed at the Marriott and never had problems, I will go back to staying at the Marriott.
