Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston Airport - Hotel in North Charleston - 3020 W Montague Ave, USA

Upon check-in, I discovered that my reservation had been changed to a King room, despite needing two double beds. However, the desk clerk went above and beyond to promptly resolve the issue. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail, as she even remembered my name when I saw her later. In addition to the outstanding service, I can confidently say that this Hampton Inn is one of the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. As someone who is hard to please when it comes to cleanliness, I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of the rooms and common areas. Thank you to the friendly and accommodating staff.

Stayed here for two nights. Staff is outstanding. We had a suite and the room was great. Clean. Spacious. Only real downside was breakfast. Seems this is a Hampton Inn issue and not just this particular hotel. The breakfast cereal was all sugar based. No “adult cereal” like bran flakes. Only fruit loops and Frosted Flakes.The scrambled eggs were way too salty. They ran out of oatmeal one day.

It was decent. Nice facility. The staff was okay, not the friendliest. We reserved the room and it showed there was a wet bar. We stayed over at this hotel because we went to see a show at a local venue. We thought it would be nice to have a drink at the end of our night. Nope, not happening. It's not a huge deal, but that, along with the underwhelming staff experience, made it 4 stars. Location is close to the Charleston theatre.

Really nice hotel, big rooms, the lobby is just amazing, great people. Shuttle service, laundry. the incidental charge, the best, only 10 per night. there are many restaurants and fast food nearly.

Great time. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Most hotels have little cramped rooms. Not here. Shuttle service to the airport was great. Staying there on our way back home.

Great location for trips built around flights in and out of Charleston. Shuttle service works well. About 15 minutes to pick up after calling. There is a separate number for shuttle 843-819-3491. Taking the 9 am shuttle, I was at my gate( with no luggage and TSA pre-check) in an amazing 20 minutes. Hotel is very clean. There is every second day maid service. Extra towels were left in room so no issues. Breakfast buffet is well stocked. Several restaurants within well lighted walking distance.

surprising experience on this hotel. They have a great service, super clean, big bedrooms and bathrooms. The parking lot is free and huge. Its very close from Charleston Downtown (around 12 min). Also a plus: they give free water and coffee all day and they have pet friendly bedrooms if you are travelling with tour pet. The only two things that I would like to point out: the toilet paper doesnt match with the quality of the hotel (fool economy) and We miss bacon in the breakfast to eat with the eggs.

We traveled to Charleston from upstate NY for a family wedding. Some drove and some flew and having a hotel with shuttle service to the airport was necessary. We booked the Hampton Inn and weren't totally sure what to expect. The hotel is lovely and the Charleston attractions were easily accessible by car. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and a little quiet time by the pool and fire pit. It was extremely clean and the staff truly cared. Sylvia, Lexus and Ken at the front desk were amazing and beyond helpful with our many questions. If we return to Charleston in the future, we will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn by the airport.
