Hampton Inn & Suites Chadds Ford - Hotel in Glen Mills - 40 State Farm Dr, USA

We had a wonderful time! This was an unexpected trip due to our power being out but we made the best of it. The rooms were clean and ready for us. The pool was warm and we loved it! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were busy but they remained pleasant even when someone was complaining. Our pups had a great time, too.

I was very pleased with the room and positive support of the staff. I loved the breakfast and pool. The hot tub was not available. I felt the television was too small. Upon booking, I was told a microwave would be in my room. This was not the case because I didn't get a suite. Overall the location is good and the stay was a pleasure.

We were very disappointed in this stay. First, I'll say the staff is excellent. The hotel itself is run down. We stayed here because of proximity to our family and amenities like the hot tub. Well, the hot tub was broken the entire visit of 5 days. The pool area itself was very moist and looks like it has mold on the ceiling. The chair in the suite with a desk was ripped and worn. Even the coffee was old and warm. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton property.

Absolutely love this place from the service to the front desk clerks even all the way down to guess. My children and I had a ball, The awesome pool area reminds me of a small planet fitness / resort. Front desk helper Brooke was amazing when it came to booking and helping us with reservations. We felt like we were home in every way and I really appreciate the whole staff for making my stay an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend you stay here. Very kid-friendly business friendly as well as romantically getaway friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this location. They give out amazing breakfast in the morning and the beds are so comfortable. There was just one hiccup with our stay, our refrigerator did not remain cold so my food did go bad, but once brought to management attention it was handled and taken care of. Amazing place overall! Looking forward to going back on a romantic getaway next time without the kids...

My experience here was A1. Agnes at the front desk was extremely kind and professional. She went above and beyond during my check-in and I truly appreciate it. My room was clean and we had a quiet stay. In addition, the breakfast in the morning was tasty, hot, and the variety was plentiful. The entire was friendly from the am front desk agent to the person setting up for breakfast. I was pleased. Thank you!

Positive: We loved everything! Quiet room with small fridge. Excellent breakfast spread with something for everyone! (Eggs, meats, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, yogurts, fruit, etc. ) Very traditional and cozy decor. Nice lobby area! Friendly staff!

Our bathroom was dirty, service was unfriendly and our room key only worked for half of our stay. This used to be a great place to stay, always looked forward to going there and the last two times we stayed we had multiple issues.. cleanliness and with the keys and our room was not ready at 3pm, which is check in time.

Mostly our stay went fine, there 2 issues with the room that where resolved fast with the assist mgr on duty. That why 2 star for service This last morning is the low star reason Went down to breakfast at 605 , some male employee was still setting it up when I asked if he had any regular bagels he went off the deep end. “:it’s not his fault there are some frozen ones but what should he do he only works on the weekends “:when I asked him to maybe take the frozen bagels out and even microwave them for others there’s to use he become more iterate. It ended up with him loudly yelling at me that “:he was only there on the weekend and I am pissing him off with my demand for breakfast “ I told him to stop yelling at me that is not the way to treat a customer and that Hampton does promise breakfasts and that is all I want. I then asked for a manger he yelled again “ go ahead I don’t care I quit this f…. Job” the yelling at me was for at least 2-3 min When I walked to the front desk there was no one there. But a female was sleeping in the chairs next to the reception desk, when I coughed she sleepily ask what I needed. I told her that I don’t like being yelled at , she REALY had zero reaction I expected her to go over to her coworker and tell him to cut it off( not the best reaction to have towards a customer There was another older male a gust in the breakfast room who did NOT assist me but later went to the mgr to told her that I was yelling but not that the employee yelled also a according the GM the employee never told her about him yelling So I was left with sounding like a hysterical female that it was all my fault… I gave up and just went back to my room This was the WORST experience at a Hampton inn ever. I get that breakfast set up can be delayed at times but being yelled at in a hotel by a employee is not ok Add on I later spoke with the GM who did apologize for her employee BUT pretty much told me that I also yelled at him so it was kinda my fault also I advised her that I do yell back when someone yells at me that I don’t take it . And that cultural I am loud and direct. The assistant manger was very helpful So us personal would NOT stay there again
