We absolutely loved it! Rooms are clean & spacious. Service & staff was very friendly/welcoming. Shout-out to Toli, she was so nice & helpful throughout our stay! We are definitely coming back & referring to others!!!

Service and staff are very friendly. Breakfast in the mornings is good and has a variety of items to pick. Rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Like the proximity to all restaurants in walking distance is always good. Good job Hampton Inn made our stay nice and relaxing after our games....

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Palm Springs. Cant say anything bad about this place. Very clean, good breakfast and coffee. Pool area is beautiful and well taken care of. Loved that they also had onsite laundry for travellers. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Cathedral City, primarily choosing it for its advertised fitness center. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I went to use the fitness center, it was unbearably hot at 87°F. Despite informing the staff about the lack of air conditioning, no compensation or solutions were offered. Additionally, the general cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Both the grounds and common areas were noticeably dirty. The walls are also incredibly thin, making it easy to hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. On a positive note, the beds are quite comfortable, and the breakfast offered was good, providing a decent start to the day. However, these few positives were not enough to outweigh the negatives of my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Positive: Size of the room and the comfort of the bed. The breakfast had a vast variety of items and I was very pleased, this saved me from having to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Negative: The tile floors at the elevator were dirty but they also lead to the hallway to the pool so I'm sure people were dripping wet which caused the floors to become dirty.

Excellent except for pool area Everything was super including room, breakfast and staff. The exception is the behaviour of other guests which could do with addressing. Entitled guests “reserve” tables/loungers at pool and then leave. Then play loud music on personal speakers for the whole pool to “enjoy”!!! (We did not) There were many speakers playing music around the pool so if you want peace and quiet or don’t like someone else’s taste in music it’s horrid. This could do with being addressed, as difficult for guests to approach strangers especially a group.

Au top ! L’accueil est super sympa, belle chambre avec jolie lève de soleil , piscine top et petit déjeuner très copieux. Attention, nous y étions fin juillet et la chaleur en ville est juste hyper forte

We were greeted and checked in by Dawn. She was very nice and helpful. This hotel was in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants near by. It’s an easy drive to Palm Springs. The room was clean and comfortable. Dawn was a pleasure to talk with. She makes guest feel welcome. Thank you Dawn!
