Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port - Hotel in Cape Canaveral - 9004 Astronaut Blvd, USA

The good: Nice lobby, convenient for cruising, easy access, parking. The less than good: Confusing check in, curtain covering the bathroom (no door). The pool is nice. The facility seems nice. The staff is nice but the front desk is a confused bunch. With all of the cruises that depart from here why would the front desk person ramble on about being fully booked and our room not being clean yet? Lack of experience or training, maybe. This hotel does a lot right so definitely consider it if you need a place before a cruise. I have spoken to the front t desk about the curtain covering the bathroom, and they were shocked “it isn’t fixed yett?” We will see if I receive a call or email from the hotel management.

The staff is bright and cheerful.All questions answered quickly. The room was spacious and clean but had an odd smell ( hence the 4 stars). The Continental breakfast was excellent. The area was well monitored and clean. We decided to stay here before our cruise.Definitely will stay again and recommend.

We spent 1 night pre-cruise. Hotel was great...from the use of your phone to bypass check-in and go right to your room to again using the app for check-out. We had a top floor room....super quiet...never heard a peep. Very comfortable hotel...breakfast was fine. Was surprised to how calm this hotel was being it is basically a cruise hotel (usually means lots of crowds). They did seem to have a lot of military and long term contractor stays from Port Canaveral. Plenty parking available. Totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

My large family stayed at this location one night before our cruise. This was a very convenient in proximity to the terminals. It is also close to several eating places for us to enjoy that evening. We booked a two-queen room for my family of four. As diamond members of Hilton, we were upgraded to the suite. This was perfect as it allowed us to use the very comfortable sofa sleeper. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower/tub offered plenty of space and hot water. The pool bar offers nice drink and food options at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good for what it is. The building is two Hilton brand hotels, which offers a little confusion when one tries to figure out where to go for breakfast since each brand has an eating area across from each other. Overall a nice relaxing visit.

We stay at a great many Hampton Inns and this is the first time I have ever seen such poor service. To start out, I accidentally entered the wrong date on the reservation. Totally my fault, no excuse. The lady at the desk basically says, wrong date, we’re full, NEXT! What can we do? We’re full, NEXT! This Hampton Inn is also in the same building as a Home 2. We walked to the parking lot made a reservation, walked back to the same check in and got a room, which was very nice. I guess it was too much trouble to simply switch the reservation? She was not rude, really no emotion whatsoever. I did cause the problem, I just wanted a solution.

My boyfriend and I stayed here the night before a cruise last week. It is very close to the cruise terminals. You can see some of the ships from the hotel. You do have to pay for parking. Our room was nice but the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the shower and what looked like toothpaste on the shower floor. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. It was not switched out for a full roll. Other than that, the room itself was large. The kitchenette was a nice perk. There is a pool. We did not swim in it but it looked nice. Breakfast was included. It was a basic breakfast that most hotels have. There was not a lot of choices. Overall, it was a nice place to stay close to the cruise terminals.

Nice, clean, centrally located hotel near shops, restaurants, and cruise pier. The pool area is really nice, they have a pool bar that serves pizza, drinks. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of hot and cold foods, everything was kept very clean, neat and organized. A++

Thank you for a great stay! We loved the ease of check-in and location. Thank you for having huge bathroom countertops. This small feature is a mighty pro for us. Very grateful for that. Loved the walk-in shower. Also, we love taking the stairs so very grateful we could access all hotel amenities via the stairs. The front desk was so kind with the few questions we asked. Great job!
