Positive: The hotel was very clean, and even smelled nice inside. The beds were comfy, and had feather pillows. I liked the 11am checkout time, and light blocking curtain, as I like to sleep in on vacation. The breakfast was good. Negative: ""

Didn’t feel like a guest. In fact they make you think they don’t trust you. They charge a $100 deposit for “incidentals” which is ridiculous, especially considering they don’t have $100 worth of chips and pop in their little store. Worse, they make you sign a homemade document where you promise not to have parties. I was traveling with my kids and 83yr old MIL. Pretty absurd. Otherwise clean and nice - just don’t feel welcome.

Positive: This hotel is so clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. More than we expected. Negative: Not a thing we didn?t like!

Our room was very clean as well as other areas of this motel. We especially want to|give a "shout out" to Daniel and Yinet at the front desk. They were professional, |friendly and helpful which really added to our pleasant stay. |The next time we are in the Canal Winchester area visiting family, we will be |repeat guests of this Hampton Inn.

As a frequent business traveler I'm pretty picky and this Hampton did NOT disappoint! Michelle welcomed me at late check in and was super friendly, warm and down to earth. She quicklyanaged a room change for us due to website confusion for disability access. She's a pro! Every Hampton should have Michelle, courteous and sincere! We will be back P. S. For the reviewer here who complained about $100 hold for incidentals, you must not travel much, I have yet to find a worthwhile property that doesn't do a hold... Not a reason to give a bad review.

We stayed here for a night while passing through Columbus. The room was clean and the check in process was smooth. The hotel is located close to lots of popular fast food options. The staff were very nice and over all it was a very quiet stay.

Exceptional in every way and the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! 5 stars! The front desk personnel were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating right from the start. The fitness room exceeded my expectations as well. This hotel is also conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations.

Had a very strange stay with family. Visit from the front desk at 2pm staring at me. Then said sorry to bother you, we're looking for the people smoking marijuana. Everything else was great. Breakfast was very good and many options for the family.
