Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe - Hotel in Tempe - 1415 N Scottsdale Rd, USA

The room was clean enough and adequate. Had scuffs on the walls, and lacked any sort of recent remodel. The walls are the thinnest I’ve ever experienced. You can hear every conversation and every door shut on this floor. And can we talk about why there’s a heavy duvet on the bed in the valley in Arizona? We had to sleep with the AC on when it’s 45 in January because the bed was too hot.||I will say the location is great, and the breakfast every morning was good and served in a clean space. ||For a Hilton property, I was hoping for more. I wouldn’t stay here again, I would try somewhere else.

Not quite up to Hampton Inn standards, showing it's age. The sheets were threadbare and had several tears in them. The sliding bathroom door is a pain and didn't lock. There was no microwave in the room or the lobby that I could find. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale

|Adequate room and amenities. Nothing stands out just an average hotel. Breakfast provided, but nothing great. No real issues, seems a bit high priced for what is provided. Parking free in the surface lot. The area is a bit run down so walking is not advised

I booked this hotel for a large meeting group. The staff was excellent! The accommodations were convenient. The rooms were very clean. I worked specifically with Jennifer and she was amazing! Would definitely recommend for group settings.

Big clean rooms quiet. Good parking. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff on the desk. The guy made fresh decaf for us that's a first. Normal breakfast. Yes I'd definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this property before and never had any complaints until today when I had to cancel a reservation last minute due to illness. I am aware the reservation was non-refundable but from past experience with other properties I know that courtesy refunds can be granted at the discretion of the property manager. The GM Jeff is not a compassionate person and even though the hotel was booked to max. capacity he refused to make an exception. I am pretty sure they were able to rebook the room in no time. Corporate greed is all that matters nowadays!

This is the first time I've been to a hotel where the breakfast area serves different flavored waffle batters. Very clean rooms and excellent service. The lady at the front desk is a total sweetheart, and everyone is very kind. I was looking for a good hotel to stay the night, and this one seemed like the best. Glad that I made this choice, and when I drop by Phoenix again, I'll likely make it again.

Positive: Friendly staff, close to airport. Negative: A couple of days the free breakfast was gone due to a large fishing lewers conference rushing the breakfast bar @ 6am. Food & coffee were completely gone by 7am. Zero left to eat! The poor kid that works the breakfast shift was completely overwhelmed.
