Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport - Hotel in Cheektowaga - 133 Buell Ave, USA

We were utilizing park sleep fly option. We stayed overnight and parked for 5 full days. Check in was easy and clerk was friendly. Our room was on first floor down the hall from the front desk. The room was average- not meticulous but not filthy as other have mentioned. The noise from the nearby airport was not noticeable. Foot traffic in the hall way was not bad either. The shower in the morning took a while to warm up. The TV worked fine. The bed was comfortable but squeaky The shuttle service in the am was prompt both going to the airport and on our return. The drivers were helpful and courteous. No issues with our vehicle upon our return. |The accommodations were average and there are many things to do in the vicinity. I would probably stay there again considering down the road on Genesee St there are a couple motels that continue to house migrants. A call to local police dept prior to our trip gave us an outline of the area prior to us reserving this location.

Richard, the new manager, was so accommodating and helpful! He holds the staff to the highest of expectations and it is obvious that everyone there does a phenomenal job. The kitchen staff also went out of their way to help my little ones during breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Spacious rooms, well maintained for an older property. Beds pretty good, not hearing street traffic or airport noise(really good👏👏👏🖐🏻🖐🏻🖐🏻). Room had all light fixtures working 👍. Hot water pressure from sink seemed a bit low?🤔🤔 Room and lobby clean and well maintained. Fitness Center seemed to be in good shape, pool seemed inviting and clean. Check in person (Rob?) was courteous and efficient. Got my Hilton Honors info added and free check in water & snacks. Big fan of the free chili, cheese, crackers and two cookie options provided during evening check in👍👍👍👏👏👏😁😁😁 Close to airport but rooms are well insulated from street and airport noise. 👍👍👍👏👏👏😁😁😁 very important. A/C works great, fridge in room. Coffee in Room & Lobby. Microwave in lobby & small amenity & quick meal store in lobby. Lots of free parking with easy access.

An excellent experience. Uniformly professional, helpful, friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, and everything worked. Virtually across the street from the airport. As good a complimentary breakfast as I have ever encountered. We visit Buffalo once a year or so - this will be where we return.

The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd floor and although you can hear people walking quite loudly on the floor above, it was still a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was great, and the attendant was incredibly kind and friendly!! Great staff.

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Room clean Negative: I left earrings in the room and called immediately but couldn?t go back because I was getting on a plane. There is no way the room was clean yet. Promised a call back from housekeeping. Never got it after 3 calls. diamond earrings that someone pocketed

Stayed here before our trip to Disney. Chose the hotel as they offer park n'fly, which was amazing. We had a very early morning flight, so the location was perfect - literally across the street from the airport. They also shuttle you there and pick you up when you return to go get your car when you return from your trip. Excellent value to be able to pay for room, park there, get shuttle service. Saved my family money for sure. The staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Will stay here next time I fly out of Buffalo as well.

We spent 2 days unexpectedly after the computer Crowdstrike issue. They couldn't print keys so they had to escort everyone to their rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and made the best of a bad situation. Also the free shuttle was a lifesaver. Great experience
