Hampton Inn & Suites Brunswick - Hotel in Brunswick - 128 Venture Dr, USA

20231205 Stayed overnight on our way to FL. Location is very convenient, off I95. I did mobile check-in, but they couldn't find it. She asked me which room, and there was a man looking at me while I responded. It made me wonder how safe it was to announce my room number? I'm not sure. The parking is only in front of the hotel, with no parking on the side or back. The hallway looks new, but the room has a much older look but is well maintained and appeared to be pretty clean. The bed is sagged, not as comfortable, but I slept without issues. There is plenty of grass for dogs. There's a coffee shop, The Faculty, located in the back of the hotel, on the other side of the pond, which is also a gym and a gun range. It's worth checking it out. I will stay here again if driving by, but I would pick a nicer hotel if I were to stay more than 2 nights.

Room was half painted, iron and phone didn't work, shower had rust running from fixtures. Good location right off of 75. Breakfast was bear minimums.

My family stayed here on our way down to Florida. Hotel is right off I-95 and close to many restaurants. My kids loved the indoor pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Service at the desk was fantastic! We will be back in March.

We travel with pets and was happy to find another Hampton Inn that had such a high rating. We stayed in room #322. When we arrived in the room, it had a noticeable odor of a deodorant spray, but an underlaying odor of a dog that needed a bath. The room was very cold and when we turned the thermostat up to a comfortable temperature the dog odor became very noticeable. Front desk staff was busy with another guest when I went down to voice my concerns, after waiting a bit, I decided not to wait any further and went back to room #322 and put up with the odor. I had just driven 12 hours and was tired. Carpet stunk as did the curtains and A/C unit needed cleaning. We never received our normal email review opportunity from the hotel management and I finally contacted the Hilton Honors program and voiced my displeasure with having to pay the routine pet fee when the room had not been cleaned properly for quite a long time. Hilton Honors refunded the partial points I had used for the room, but not the pet fee. Check your room if you are staying with a pet at this hotel, they aren't cleaning the pet designated rooms like they should be. And please bath your dog out of consideration for others before staying at any hotel.

We stop here every year. Trish at the front desk is awesome. Rooms are clean and the place is well kept. It’s close to the interstate for access to 95. I highly recommend staying here.

Bed bug found in our room, room number 201. Informed front desk after finding on pillow late in the evening. My husband killed it and brought to front desk. We were located to another room, but still worry that there were more and hopefully did not bring back home with us. Room overall needed better cleaning. My husband searched both beds in room after finding the living bed bug. He found shells between the mattress and brown/ redish stain on the sheets between mattress and frame (picture attached). Would never stay here again. Lesson learned to check for bed bugs the second we arrive at a hotel from now on. This was our first time experiencing this at a hotel.

We stayed here in October while driving to Florida. We have been staying here for many years.||As soon as we entered the room, we could smell that a dog had stayed in this room and since it had rained for a few days before, it smelled like a wet dirty dog !||We advised the reception desk and they lent us some Febreze air freshener, which helped for a few hours.||The following morning, we returned the freshener and were told that only dog owners with a Hilton Diamond sttus are admitted in this room. She gave us an insulting discount of $25 on a $ 185 charge ! It used to be that you did not ay i you are not satisfied ! Times have changed and this was probably our last stay at this hotel.

First room we were assigned...towels laying on floor...bed not made. Lady at desk apologized. Assigned us another room...pillowcases were wrinkly...bed skirt pulled way off one side. Food left in refrigerator. Details to clean/neatness lacking from Housekeeping staff. Couldn't get free wi-fi. Breakfast bar has lots of options.
