Hampton Inn & Suites Bradenton Downtown Historic District - Featured Reviews (1249)
My wife and I stayed one night at this property and are still talking about the wonderful time we had. This hotel is well maintained and is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you are tired of cookie cutter motels you will find this property to be an exception to that. This hotel was built in 1925 and has been beautifully restored. It is apparent that the staff is very proud to represent this property and knows much about the history of this hotel. The location is great within walking distance to many nice restaurants. Good parking, and a very nice free breakfast is served. My wife and I plan to stay at this property again very soon!
We stopped at this Hampton Inn yesterday 09/05/24 around 1230pm to use the restroom. We have stopped at hundreds of hotels mostly Hampton Inns or other Hilton hotels over the years of traveling just to use the restroom as my mother is handicapped. In all these years we have never had an issue or been confronted until yesterday. As we were looking around the lobby of this historic building checking out the architecture and pictures we were met with the most ignorant and ruddiest front desk person. She confronted us to inform us that the public restrooms are located at the police station in a very snobby tone. Like we were below her and unworthy of using the restrooms in this $120 a night hotel. We left and I put my mom in the truck because she was upset that we were spoken to that way. I came back in to ask her why she thought it was necessary to talk down to us like we were lower class citizens. In her snobby tone she said that it was her job to protect her guest from homeless people who come in. It came off like she thought we were homeless. I informed her I was a diamond member, not that it should matter as she should not talk to anyone the way she spoke to us because she does not know me or who I am. If you do not want us lower class citizens using your restrooms then post it on the doors no public restrooms. I will never stay at this hotel and have reported this to Hilton Corporate.
I liked the hotel decor, room was confortable and my kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and very busy on the holiday weekend but the the lady running the kitchen was really patience and handled the crowd very well. I asked for her name was Adina, she should be recognized!
Troy was very professional and courteous. He recommended some awesome places for dinner. The rooms were clean and the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Great views here as well and a good central location to many different attractions. Great place.
This hotel was beautiful and perfectly located amongst many restaurants and bars and not too far from beaches and other activities. The hotel itself is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean feeling and I did not notice any odors. The bathroom was very roomy, and the shower was very comfortable to use. There are plenty of fresh towels and pillows for the bed. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in a while that I did not feel the need to use my own sheets. The carpet did not feel grimy.
My only inconveniences based on preference are that the thermostat was set to 70°, but the room was still rather warm due to limited air flow from the vent. (However, I tend to be a hot sleeper). The bed was also rather uncomfortable, but I prefer very soft mattresses. (If you prefer a firmer mattress, you will probably be fine.) Lastly, we could hear everything going on in the hallway. It wasn't particularly loud out there, but it was a little unsettling how well we could hear people. That made the room feel much less private.
All in all, I will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places I can stay when I'm visiting the area!
We have been fortunate to have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country. Architecturallly , more beautiful than a lot of the Hiltons we’ve been at in Europe. But the staff was the best part of our visit. Mr, Nisbett at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth. The wonderful conversation I had with him while checking out, will ensure we’ll go through Bradenton next time we do a west coast road trip. |My sincere thanks.
Clean and welcoming! This hotel had a great location. Only “negative” was very small pool. We had a lovely stay. The hotel was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helped us with a couple questions. Would stay again if we were in the area. Had a great time.
Beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful, comfy beds as always. Coffee 24/7 was appreciated. Being in the middle of downtown was a plus as we walked to a restaurant. A little pricey but it is downtown so to be expexted. Pool was warm and inviting. Plenty of parking.

my experience here was for a 2-day stay on business supporting an experiential marketing event. I canât speak on booking and prices but I stay in hotels at least 100 times a year and this was a great hotel. The pool and amenities are festive. Peopl

Iâve been a member at a few different gyms over the years and dropped in to many. CrossFit 941 is hands down the best. Big space, lots of equipment. Very clean. Great coaching by people who truly care about your success. Very welcoming to all.
Our son has been attending AYS for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. Great communication, affordable aftercare, and we love that his martial arts is included! You are always greeted with a smile and and a boastful good morning from Coach Kev
