Adam is the absolute best. He lights up the whole place with his genuine smile. He is friendly, welcoming and his hard work definitely makes a difference in the hotel. We stayed here twice this month and fully enjoyed both stays. The rooms are updated and clean. There was always fresh coffee available in the lobby, and the breakfast each morning was well stocked and taken care of. We will be back in September and are already looking forward to our stay. We hope in this time Adam gets a good, well-deserved raise. 100% recommend this hotel for your next stay.
What a wonderful stay! When we checked in we had been upgraded.(we didn't have to ask) As a Diamond member the main perk is usually the water. That is not the case at the Hampton Inn & Suites Bloomfield. The hotel is modern and extremely clean. The staff is professional and will do whatever they can to make your stay better. The breakfast has a nice variety and is different every day. The hotel is also in an excellent location.
I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Bloomfield Hills for approximately two weeks out of the last three weeks. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. The customer service is stellar. Alicia and Maria are accommodating, hard working, and super friendly. Any time I asked Alicia for anything, she met my needs. The cleaning staff are the epitome of excellence with their work ethics. I don't know why people complain about the breakfast..it isn't the Ritz Carlton or the Four Seasons. I didn't have any problem with fresh fruit or an abundant amount of food the entire time I was there. I HIGHLY recommend the Hampton Inn Bloomfield Hills. Any interaction with Alicia will be pleasant.
Super clean!!! I wipe down items in the rooms upon arrival with a Lysol wipe. It was clean, not dirty at all. Elevators are fast. Parking is all around the building. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good, they did run out of whipped cream 1/2 way through our one week stay. But staff was friendly! Adam was helpful and friendly. Would stay again!
Positive: It was clean and had everything we needed. Negative: Room service is every other day. I wanted clean towels and they told me to bring down the old ones to the front desk. I wanted clean garbage so had to put it in the hallway. For the price I?d expect room service. Breakfast was meh
Above and beyond your average Hampton. Location was great, safe, and quiet. Nicely decorated and cozy common areas. The entire staff was attentive and kind, but Maria the weekday breakfast host is a true gem. She takes good care of you. We stayed a second night since everything was so amazing and planning to use this location again for our next stay coming up
Hotel is new and modern but quite basic which we were fine for our trip for kids school tour but this is the first time to see a hotel charging the price in credit card with deposit. It is not a pending status but confirmed!! Please change this asap unless there is any reason I have to pay the deposit. Even I changed the check in date with booking agency but they didn’t try to check with the agency when they see the discrepancy. Never book this hotel with booking agency as the hotel staff only cares about the direct booking.
Evrything about this location is great…but the chairs in the room. They are the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in. Other than that, the place is great! The location is perfect, especially if you need to visit Henry Ford Hospital next door.

Excellent deli, they really know how to make a good Rueben. Cole slaw was outstanding. Steak fries generally arenât my favorite, but at least they were crispy. Fast friendly service, I would definitely come back.
First time here and we loved it. Fresh sushi and our new favorite appetizer was the crab croquette.... delicious. Liked the combo plate it gave you a variety of sushi. The decor was beautiful and place very clean. The waitress was very helpful.
