The front desk person Jill was very awesome and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was really good. My only downside was the person on the floor above us that was up all night. But I must say, once I contacted front desk after 6 it was stopped. The morning 🌄 front desk Astrazk was very nice and I thanked her for taken care of those ppl.

So disappointed. This room - and the hotel -were in desperate need up an update. The headboards did not match the curtain valances. The couch looked like it was 30 years old…threadbare and totally sagged in the middle. The tv was on the wall perpendicular to the beds so it was virtually impossible to watch tv. The bedspreads and towels were dingy. We could hear everything above us. Every step they took was like a herd of elephants. The shower appeared dirty and I’m not sure when they last time they cleaned the fridge, but there was someone’s pineapple in it. The only pleasant thing was that bed was comfortable and the girl at front desk was pleasant. I’ve stayed at alot of Hampton Inns but this will be the last for a while.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to the beach. First, on the website, it was a very small notice about renovations going on. Not a big deal because hotels do have to renovate, no issues here with that. The problem is, they said the rooms were done and they were but they appeared to be done very quickly and no attention to detail. There was caulking missing in the new shower and the front shower door would not stay closed. We had to put a towel in between the doors to keep it shut. Water still splashed outside all over the floor so much, I had to use the extra towel to step out. In the main room area, carpet squares were popping up all over and the floors were dirty. When I stepped into the shower, you could see how dirty the floors actually were. I normally like staying at the Hampton hotel but this was not worth $200 a night. I will definitely pay more attention when booking hotels with this chain next time. The staff was great to work with even when pissy people came in. I only hope the hotel will be better after the renovation.

Checked in fairly late, and Brooke was very friendly and professional to get me into my room so I could sleep. Breakfast was tasty and hot, and the room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient off I-65. Would recommend.

Short version: didn't care for this hotel.||Check in: a very uninterested woman checked us in. No problem, except she asked me to mention her in the survey later. Mmmm, maybe.||The room: the 2nd floor had obviously been remodeled as it was bright. The room had overhead lights which is good. The walls have been painted and were noticibly empty. No artwork (not a problem really). It looks ... stark.||The weird: It looks like a new entertainment center and desk, with a cabinet for a fridge. The fridge was too big, so it sat next to it, and the compartment is empty. The carpet has obviously not been replaced as part of the renovation. It looks old and dated. Yet, it looks like it was sloppily installed, so maybe it is new and just doesn't look new? The bed was really firm and it creaked when you moved.||But the TV: has to be 20 years old. It's small, bulky and really, really slow to respond to anything.||The bathroom is renovated, but, let's just say, when you clean it, clean everywhere. Mop the edges too.||Breakfast: promptly at 6 am. I was the first in and ... it could use cleaning.||The clerk in the morning was gone, with a sign that says "If the clerk is gone for more than 3 minutes, call this number". One delivery guy came in and said "Hello?" and the clerk came out of the little back room. She clearly just woke up. Everyone else just stood there for a few minutes and dropped keys in the bin and just left. I've been here for about 40 minutes, and she must be asleep again... all is quiet and nobody is at the front desk.||Overall, no, I would not stay here again.

Overall good... elevator was rickety, but worked, they are doing renovations too, room was pretty nice - liked the extra couch in the room and walk-in shower! The hot breakfast was good, loved the scrambled eggs and sausage!

We’ve stayed in this hotel before on the way to the beach, but this stay will probably be our last here. We knew the hotel was undergoing renovations, but the rates were still over $215 a night despite the mess, noise, and the fitness center being closed. There was lots of dust flying and on the carpets in the hallways. There was drywall in the floor outside our room that we had to step in. The room itself was outdated and unclean. My daughter found a stain on the mattress cover that resembled dried blood or a spilled drink. We alerted the front desk, but nothing could be done as the hotel was full and housekeeping was gone for the evening. The manager was contacted and a towel was placed over the stain. I’m not sure how a stain that large was missed while cleaning the room and making the beds. Thankfully, we were given a discounted rate due to this at checkout. Also, the shower door would not stay shut, and water kept getting in the floor. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for many years, but this has to have been one of the worst we’ve stayed in.

Every sleep in I stay at is always such a positive experience for me but this location was the BEST! The hotel itself is so clean and the location is perfect, you have many stores / food options around you. But what really did it for me was the staff

Just started going there recently. David and Terri get you up a lot on Thursday karaoke nights. Staff is great and the patrons are welcoming. Very enjoyable experience.
