On arrival, I believe her name was Ieesha, very nice! We checked In Quickly. Our room was perfect for the few days we were there. I like that you can request room service and they will not just walk into your room. Whoever was working in the kitchen from 8/9/24-8/11/24, thank you!! The breakfast was great! I love that you get a text message from the front desk asking how your stay is going and if anything is needed. The pool is small but guest were respectful of one another. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Clean, updated rooms. I travel constantly for work, staying at Hilton properties and was here with my family for a vacation. First, workout room was closed at 9am on a Thursday. Asked when it would open. Was told by the front desk attendant that it's closed. Thats it. Not hey, it's going to open at this time or whatever, just it's closed. I asked when it would open and her response was "whenever they open it". No explanation, nothing. Just seemed like I was bothering them by asking any questions. Pool was closed and when asked about it being open at 9am was told "It's closed". Asked when it might be open and was told (front desk) that it's closed and maybe later this afternoon, which is after our checkout time. We showed up at 2pm hoping maybe our rooms would be ready early and they weren't, no big deal. So after she told me that I was just kind of standing around the desk area and she told me that "You can stand here and wait but your room isn't going to be ready any sooner". Seriously??? I had my car out front of the doors as you do when you're checking in and we were waiting on the car for 3pm when the front desk attendant came out to tell me our room was ready. Again, very nice. BUT when she did it, the very first thing she told me was that I can't park there because it's for handicapped people (not true-its so you can load and unload your car-handicapped spots are about 50 ft away) while there's a brand new Range Rover that's been sitting there the whole time with no handicapped placards or plates or anything. Keep in mind my family is sitting in it with it RUNNING while we are waiting. Nice, clean place that's just been renovated so it's very nice. Wish the Southern Hospitality myth was real. Give them some time and maybe all this is taken care of. Just don't ask the front desk.

I've stayed in more than 30 Hamptons, and this is the first time I've needed to write a negative review. We had a terrible experience at this property on April 6, 2024. The booking site said the front desk area was being remodeled. No big deal, right? But the entire first floor was involved, including there being no public restrooms. When we arrived, an employee had to walk my wife to the restroom for housekeepers -- she's not too good to use the toilet housekeepers use, but it didn't work! No water offered for Honors members. We brought in food and tried to eat downstairs, but the noise from construction was so loud (at 7 p.m.), we had to leave. The elevator floors were dirty the whole time we were there. There were barely enough towels in the room, which made no sense because with all the first floor guest rooms out of service, there should have been plenty available. The pool was filthy (closed but still disgusting) and appeared not to have been cleaned in months. (There was a towel resting on the bottom as well as a bed of leaves on the surface.). Essentially, this hotel has no self-pride and no concept of what it presents to its customers. Renovation is a good thing and will inevitably cause some disruptions. But this was excessive. It was most telling about the attitude of the management. No trace of an acknowledgement that things might not be normal. Most insulting is that full price was charged. It would have been nice to make a $50, or even $25, consideration from the bill, or maybe 20,000 Hilton points. Anything that said, "We appreciate your business, and we're sorry for the inconvenience." Ironically, the following week we stayed at a Hampton in another state that was undergoing renovation. Completely different story, including the hotel's requiring all loud work to occur between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Water, cookies, smiles, etc. Lots of towels. The difference was good management and class on one hand, no class on the other.

Renovations appear to be done!! We've stayed at this location for family trips to six flags several times and it's always been great. The room we got was nicely remodeled and everything worked great. The breakfast service at this location is the best of any Hampton Inn I've been to. There are always employees around making sure things are stocked and the area is clean. The front desk staff are very nice. The gym is nicer than most hotels, now with a Peloton and TRX straps among other things.

My family and I had a great stay. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good. They even gave us some free berries to take with us. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here!

I typically expect Hampton Inns to be nice but not notably impressive. This specific hotel is incredibly clean, very well maintained, beautiful common spaces and pool and had wonderful staff. We were only here 1 night but I feel like we found a hidden gem in this part of town given the price.

I've been here for a 6 week stay for work. Most of the staff is super friendly. My tv has shut off after 10 minutes for these first 5 weeks of my stay. Yes, I've checked the sleep timer. I've asked the front desk at least 3xs with the promise someone will look at it, and still, my tv doesn't work properly. It's not a bad pool area. No wading in the fountain .

Usually I have a great experience with Hampton Inn, well, this particular location was an exception. We (myself, wife and kids) arrived at this place late night, got the room and crashed to bed since we were tired from a long drive. Woke up in he morning and had a big surprise. The room was not clean at all, with some trash on the table, dirty floor with trash, and leftover food in the fridge. The bathroom was not draining and some issues with AC. Although, the bed sheets were tucked but there weren’t washed. On the positive note, the breakfast was good, the gym was renovated and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Overall, I was disappointed (and honestly disgusted)with the room condition. I couldn’t take morning shower and started my day with a very bad taste from this experience.
