This establishment was clean, quiet, and friendly. I called to make the reservation and was treated professionally. The check in was great, even offering an upgraded room. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast offered anything and everything and the ladies were friendly. When checking out, the staff offered tips to return for Christmas at the Biltmore. I couldn't say anything negative about this hotel. I highly recommend it.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites on Brevard Rd in Asheville NC. The hotel employees were the best! Caroline and others made my family and I feel at home. They went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The premises was clean and very well kept. It just became our go-to hotel when we travel to Asheville. What a most pleasant experience! Honestly, everyone I spoke to for the duration of my stay were extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. My children kept expressing how nice everyone was. The facility is always clean and beautiful and the breakfast’s are always the best. One person in particular, Keydi stood out to me. She assisted me during breakfast. She was extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk to. You can tell that she loves her job because of the care she put into making sure I was happy and had a pleasant time.
Had a good stay here and the staff was very friendly! When I first checked in, there was an issue with my room and they very easily made an accommodation and switched me to a different room. The complimentary breakfast is your standard breakfast buffet (eggs, waffles, muffins, etc) - no complaints. The gym was a pretty decent hotel gym and was very clean. Located right across from an outlet mall and a few restaurants that are pretty close to- great location!
Our room was clean & comfortable. Our late night check-in was quick & efficient with Tim at the front desk. We all really really really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially Keydi's friendly hospitality. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. My only quandary is the requirement for 200 characters in my review... 🫤
My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Our plan was to see the sites of Asheville. I reserved a queen room for the weekend at the Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area. A really nice, centrally located hotel providing easy access to the Asheville sites we intended to visit. Before heading out for the weekend from Atlanta, I phoned to inquire if they might do anything special for couples celebrating an anniversary. I spoke with Robin. She was an angel! She said, “Let me see what I can do for you,” and put me on hold. Once she came back, she informed me she was upgrading me to a king suite on the corner of the hotel that had a great view of the mountains. What a wonderful surprise and gesture. Robin went out of here way to make our special weekend memorable! Once we checked in and made our way to our beautiful, clean, well furnished room, we found a handwritten note from Robin welcoming us to the Hampton and wishing us a happy 35th anniversary. A wonderful personal touch. The whole Hampton team went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The continental breakfast was a great springboard for starting each day. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and pubs minutes from the hotel. Thanks to Robin and the entire Hampton team for making our weekend wonderful!! Y’all are the best!!
Great experience at the Hampton on Brevard. Clean and very pleasant. Good breakfast and Darrell in the dining area was a standout. Nice views from the hotel and easy to find. Good location for seeing a variety of local interests. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Excellent accommodations in the heart of the city. Really enjoyed our stay, and the free hot breakfast in the morning was delicious. Darrell welcomed us with a warm smile and was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return again.
