Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport - Hotel in Fletcher - 18 Rockwood Rd, USA

I rated this 5 star because of the staff. The hotel is your standard hampton inn. Clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size. Each person we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful and professional. They play multiple roles it seems at this hotel and it ran smoothly for us. We were there for under a day but very happy with our stay. Their shuttle service was on-demand for us too.

Christy at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to tell us all about the area and introduced us to Longhorn Steakhouse down the road where we had a great meal! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and relaxing to stay in. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a quick one night stay before catching an early flight the next morning. It’s very close to the airport, making it very convenient if you are flying in or out. We tend to stay at Hiltons when we travel, and this one was as nice and comfortable as we have come to expect.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located if catching an early flight out of the airport. However, the room I had was musty, dank, and dirty. The carpet was damp and sticky. There were candies in the chair and chocolate pieces on the floor. My travel companions had similar issues with their rooms as well.

Booking a room at this hotel was easy! The service staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived, making the check-in process a breeze. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a great location. The breakfast was really good too. Overall, this was a good value, and a good experience.

Great location. Free parking. Decent pool/hot tub located outdoors. Surprised at the amount/frequency of smoking in outdoor areas. Front desk did not appear in anything beyond bare minimum for check-in.

We were really impressed with this hotel! The folks who checked us in were very helpful and informed us of the great option to park your car here instead of the airport and use the complementary shuttle. The front desk staff (a really nice man from PA and a young man) were very attentive. We also noticed the young man checking the grounds later in the evening. Overall it seems like a really well run operation. The room and hot tub were great, as was the shuttle service at 5:30am no less. Definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

So relieved when I entered the foyer and met a smiling face!! And more impressed when I entered that room and there was not a trace of dust pollen anything anywhere in the room! They have a great staff to take care of the rooms. + While the breakfast breakfast was not that of a cooked to order omelette at embassy suites, it was still fresh and delicious! And the staff was amazing! We'll stay at this property when we go back to Asheville again to visit family
