From start very clean lobby, and well maintained parking lot. Professional employees and very tidy room. They had smart TV’s in room so I was able to watch Netflix and YouTube. They provided me complimentary upgrade to king suite, breakfast had fresh fruit, bacon, omelette, waffles, sausages. Overall 5/5 experience for me
It's been a very long time since I stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. A good size room. The breakfast had a good variety, and it was good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just off the freeway. A couple of restaurants are close by the hotel.
We had a great stay. Service was very friendly, room was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Elevator left a little to be desired.
I stayed here for 3 separate weeks during the spring for work, and overall it was a decent experience. I would still be staying here twice a month if it wasn't for one major issue (more on that later).||||I've stayed in standard rooms and the suite, and in both types I had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Bathrooms were tidy, bed was comfortable, and had a good selection of TV channels. Breakfast was a decent selection, and the dining area is nice and welcoming.||||Minor hiccup along the way- on two of my stays, my room didn't have any toilet paper. Literally just like a couple of squares on an empty tube, with no extra rolls in the room. It's not awesome needing to use the restroom, only to find no TP and having to travel downstairs to ask for some.||||Now for the major issues that forced me to change hotels: the Wi-Fi. During each of the 3 separate weeks I was at this hotel, the Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. Disconnecting every 30 seconds, having to constantly re-enter login credentials, that sort of thing. I stay in the hotel for work, I do half of my work from my room, so having quality internet is a must, and poor wi-fi is a dealbreaker.||||Being a Hilton property, they do offer a paid version of higher quality Wi-Fi. But I tried that once, and it still had horrible connectivity issues. Kept getting disconnected, and I couldn't get any work done. So that one major issue right there prevents me from coming back. I asked the clerk about it a couple of times, and each time she said something along the lines of "someone will take a look at it this week". I don't know if this ever happened, but I never had an improvement in my multiple stays.||||It's unfortunate that the bad wi-fi ruins what is otherwise a perfectly fine hotel. But since I'm here for work and not leisure, I had to move to a different hotel altogether.
Best breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Rooms were great, very clean and every thing you might need! Staff was friendly and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable!!
A very good, updated Hampton Inn. We stayed in the larger king room, great space to spread out. We are loyal to the Hilton brand and love the Hampton bedding. That’s the only reason we give this location a 4/5 for the room. The sheets were not the usual soft sheets we expect from Hampton bedding. They were very scratchy, not the usual bedding. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Where to start? If I were rating the whole hotel, my rating would probably be about 3 1/2 to 4 out of 5. The breakfast was good, the lobby was nice, staff was nice, and most of our other extended family there for the family function had great rooms and no issues. The room looked clean and was neat and tidy. Mattress was OK. My issue was that the room smelled strongly of mold and only continued to get worse during our stay there. When we reported it to the front desk, we were offered sympathy and febreeze and told we couldn't be moved to a different room. The floor also had an eery flex to it even when my 50 pound child walked across the floor. If you stay at this hotel, do not stay in room 423 unless they have done some remediation and checked out structural things in there. We left as soon as we could and stayed in the room as little as possible. Also, the pool was cold and the bottom of the pool looked dirty.
The front desk lady was super nice. The rooms are well priced and very sweet rooms. Very clean big rooms

What I was looking for. Good rest. Clean. Helpful staff (thank you Carmen!). Solid breakfast fare. Right price. Easy access off the highway. Quiet (it was a Sunday night so that may have helped).

This location is a food truck with a nice balcony on the side where there is plenty of seating, lighting and fanning. The food was very delicious and for an affordable price. Definitely recommend this place if your passing by the area or live in the
