The staff are the redeeming quality of this place. Wonderful and friendly service. The location to the airport is convenient, about 8 minutes away by the shuttle. All you have to do is call the front desk when you arrive and they will send the shuttle over to you. Unfortunately, the rooms were lacking. I found hair in the shower and fridge, that was not mine! The room smelled like stale cigarets despite being a non-smoking room. The front of my AC unit was falling off and i couldn't get it back on and the fire alarm went off at 4am. The hotel is on the older side; however these things are fixable.

The check in process was easy and the staff was nice and very welcoming and made me feel like being a Hilton Honors was a compliment. The room was very clean and smelled great. The internet worked seamless and the TV had plenty of working channnels to choose from. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Several breakfast items to choose from and the most importantly to me the food was hot and not cold. This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Friendly staff and clean hotel, can’t go wrong!

Exceeded my expectations and I would solidly above average for a Hampton experience based largely upon the staff. First time since covid that I had my room straightened up daily without asking. Also nice happy hours every evening can really add up if your trying to save money on dinner etc. Close enough on the expressway side that I needed earplugs to sleep well on the first floor.

Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, and ample parking. Location is ok, but could be more central (McArthur Drive) for access to dining facilities.

The common areas of this hotel are mostly OK. Easy access from the highway and plenty of parking. The lobby area and hallways are fine for this type of hotel. Morning breakfast was decent. Indifferent but efficient service. The room, however, made us wish we were somewhere else. The AC unit was unbelievably loud and kept us up all night. It leaked badly and soaked the carpet so we had to wear shoes to close the nearby drapes. We kept the shoes on anyway since the tile floor in the bathroom area was sticky. And while I really wanted a shower, there was no way I was going to step into that tub. It was a lot of money for a quick overnight stay.

Great hotel for the price! This hotel has a small gym that gets the job done. My only recommendation to the hotel is to add a filtered water fountain. The water from the fountain on the first floor doesn’t exactly taste good. Most Hiltons I stay at have a free water bottle filling station. If they added that, nothing else would have to change.

This should not have Hampton Inn on the sign. It does not meet their standards. The outside chairs have bleached out, sun rotted cushions. The mattresses are not Hampton in. The sheets and towels are motel 6 quality. The hallways are blistering hot with carpet covered in lint and other trash. We had a large, soccer ball sized mildew stain on our wallpaper, our curtains were hanging off the rod like they had parties too hard the night before. ||I’m not a fan of feeling like I’m acting privileged when I ask for housekeeping. I leave $10 gratuity so it’s not too much to ask for towels and my trash to be taken out. ||Super nice staff except for one guy at the front desk who acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. ||On a positive note, we ate at some great restaurants

Friendly staff and the fitness room, which is ice cold, is reasonably equipped. Near the interstate, so this is a convenient location.
