One of the better hotels we stayed at as we drove up the California coast (total 11) Best breakfast out of all the Hampton’s we stayed at. Most Hampton’s hot bfast are just potatoes, eggs, sausage. This one the cook made eggs on a bagel with some kinda sauce that made it yummy, real bacon moreso than those overcooked bacon. |The hotel felt clean and well maintained.and lots of parking.

We spent 6 nights there and all in all it was a great experience. So many positives. Newly remodeled guest rooms, free Wi-Fi, free Parking, Outdoor pool, Freshly brewed coffee 24 hrs. a day in the lobby with freshly baked cookies each weekday at 3, Excellent free breakfast Eggs, Waffles, sausage biscuits and gravy and on and on. Many, many restaurants nearby.|Minor drawback is only 4 lounge chairs at the pool, which cuts down some in terms of the vacation experience. Though a small area it could definitely accommodate another few loungers. That not withstanding this is a terrific hotel. We recommended it highly.

Absolutely brilliant rooms with lots of space. Other than that, the facilities are just okay. The tea coffee area supposed to be 24 hours but most of the time you will not get hot water, need to request the staff. Breakfast is good but with limited options for hot food. The best part is the waffle maker. There is no chicken option, it is pork or beef. Please always add chicken as one option, it caters to almost everyone. Swimming pool is a lie, it is a big bath tub nothing more than that. Finally, the price is toooo much for what you get and that too in this isolated place where there is nothing around close by.

We stayed at this hotel to attend an event in Simi Valley and see the Reagan Library. It is a great location, right off the 101, and in a quiet business district. The front desk employees were all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel appeared to be new it was so clean and crisp. Breakfast was the standard fare, but the staff were top notch, very attentive and friendly. If I was in the area again I would for sure stay here.

Positive: The area was beautiful. The hotel was wonderful. We do not eat pork, so it was great to see turkey sausage served on the included, continental breakfast. Negative: The description of the hotel said it had a sofa and there was not a sofa in our room. Also,lobby said 24hr coffee. No coffee was never fresh and hot throughout the night. That made it disappointing when you came down for a hot cup of coffee & it was cold.

Rooms are great! Everything about this hotel is good. Near the freeway easy access to town but they really gotta step up there breakfast game..

Breakfast usually sucks. I’ve stayed here about 5 separate nights over the last month. Every morning the hot food items are usually empty. The lobby was never really that busy either. Yesterday the only Hot food options were refried bean tacos and mushy potatoes. Today was the same potato’s, sausage was empty and not refilled. I get the feeling that the two people running the breakfast area do not care. The rooms are great and big and feel clean. The fitness center is great and there are a ton of good restaurants near by. If this hotel can get breakfast organized it would be perfect. Please put more effort into the breakfast hot food items.

My family and I were staying for vacation after a long day. We came into our room, and it a putrid smell hit us. The bathroom smelled horrible! It was musty, and the fan only made it worse. Staff tried to help with a spray, but it only masked it, the smell coming back later. We had to change rooms. In this room, there were chip bags behind the bed, food scattered on the floor. I was lying on my bed, reading a book. An ant crawled on my arm. My dad killed one in the bathroom earlier.
